The house wasn 't full, so it wasn 't because of the number of orders. We wanted to place our orders, with the heat in the restaurant and we had to wait, as the staff only make/accept orders on a first-come, first-served basis. Finally, they forgot one of the dishes. I believe the owner may have some experience, but clearly needs some more professional help to overcome the challenges. Employees were visibly under stress and unable to respond to customers satisfactorily."
