"On our first night cruising along the canal de midi we made a reservation at this restaurant on the recommendation of Emily at Minervois Cruisers and were not disappointed. It is a very understated looking place, just at the side of the canal but the food, wine and service are all excellent. We received a very warm, friendly welcome from the maitre d and we all had the €44 set menu, consisting of 4 courses with an amuse bouche and palette cleanser between courses. Every course was excellent, with strong intense flavours, each one leaving us 'oohing' and 'aahing' with delight! There were only a couple of people dining when we arrived, but it soon filled with locals, which is sure sign of a great restaurant.
