"Waren letzten Sommer das erste Mal dort und waren sehr zufrieden, deswegen hatten wir die glorreiche Idee mit Eltern und Freunden hinzugehen. Leider ein kompletter Reinfall. Burger totgebraten, Wedges versalzen, Leberkäse ungenießbar, Chicken-Wings aus der Plastiktüte von REWE, Dips und Salate wurden mit den Händen/Fingern ohne Handschuhe portioniert. Trinkgläser wurden beim Servieren im Trinkbereich angefasst....etc. Wir finden es sehr schade, dass die Qualität innerhalb so kurzer Zeit so stark nachgelassen hat und man dafür soviel Geld bezahlen muss. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder."

"With its large lake terrace, LaRi offers a certain Mediterranean flair and was the only restaurant on the lagoon for a long time. The food itself is tasty, the portions are sufficient. Prices are more likely to fall into the higher sector and are partially undamaged. Some prices are justified (e.g. the Angus-Burger: portion completely fine) others are cheeky (e.g. Bruschetta: portion too small for the price). The service is unfortunately in need of reconciliation. Some of the food is waiting for a very long time (either too little kitchen staff is there or the kitchen is simply too small for the amount of places, regardless of the time of day you want to eat there), sometimes you sit long before empty glasses and wait for an operation. In some cases you get your food and drinks significantly later than other guests who came to you. However, it is particularly bad if you have already frequently ordered and got a burger with sweet potato pomegranates and then the next order suddenly means that they are not on the map and there are no...as please? The waiter admittedly accepted the order, but was probably not aware of the fact. Only when the food was supplied incorrectly and you have pointed out that you have ordered other pommes to do so you get a departure, free according to the motto: can you have it now or not. Because of the eternal waiting period for food, you don't discuss it anymore because you just have hunger. All in all, as a customer, you always have such a slight feeling of not being welcome because you would have actually closed because of wealth. It's a pity, you could make much more of it, especially because of the situation. There is more effort on the ground."

"Durch Zufall in diesem Restaurant eingekehrt. Die Bedienungen waren super nett und das Essen war fantastisch. Auch der Wunsch, Tomate+Mozarella ohne Tomaten zu servieren wurde mit einem Lächeln angenommen. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend und wenn wir mal wieder in der Nähe sind, kommen wir gern wieder zum Essen. Viele Grüße aus Leverkusen!"

"when I read all the critiks about the bad service, I just had to try out the restaurant and what did I have to experience? a super motivated team, super warm and very attentive. certainly one or the other could run by 3 seconds faster. I must say we were very satisfied and I am extremely allergic to bad service. eating was tippi-toppi, freshly prepared and it was still hot at the table."
