Absolutely amazing fish platter, excellent service and a separate fryer for gluten free batter. My partner is coeliac and has not found fish in batter this good for over 20 years, thankyou to the chef who knows his fish and knows his gluten free, highly recommend. We discovered By The Sea on Chapel Street and were drawn in by the fantastic menu and the dog-friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and expertly prepared, while the staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations when we had trouble deciding. We enjoyed calamari, king prawns, and scallops, followed by moules marinière and chowder. I highly recommend a visit, and we will definitely return the next time we’re in the area. Meal type: Lunch.
