"We had a good night and we were happy. all dishes were succulent and of high quality, from the entrance to the dessert. the flavours, the work on textures and presentation, the very good reception, and the concern of the chef to know if everything was okay and to exchange a few words at the end of the meal, it was perfect. we think we are welcomed by passionate people. There is no doubt that we will return as soon as we have the opportunity!"

"We stopped on this pretty little square in the historic centre. the reception of the whole team was impeccable. dishes are simple, fresh and copied. a small organic rosé well adapted: a very nice evening. We were amazed not to be able to take our unfinished bottle, it's the only flat. I recommend."

"We arrived one evening in the pouring rain and Guita, the owner, welcomed us as if we were family. We were served delicious appetizers followed by a very tasty dinner. It’s a tasty blend of Chinese and Indonesian flavors. I had shrimp with rice for...dinner. It was incredible. My partner enjoyed beef in a coconut sauce, which was also memorable. It’s like a little home away from home. A place where you can relax and feel at ease; all while eating deliciously prepared food. Highly recommended!"

"Moldy lasagne was served to 2 of our small group - I mean there were spores all over the top so no idea how the 'chef' didn't see that!! Waiter apologised, called over the owner who looked at it, declared it off and shrugged!! We re-ordered, after a long wait a very mediocre risotto and salad replaced this. We ordered coffee and the bill. When the bill came and was wrong (with someone elses drinks on it, and there were only a couple of tables occupied on the terrace) I complained, having been very British and overly polite about the first instance with the moldy food! This was not well received and the bar man was very rude. He called the owner - I told him it wasn't great serving moldy food, overcharging and that he didn't seem to care. I suggested he could have given us the coffees free as a gesture, or apologised personally to us - at this point he threw back twenty euros at me and stomped around a bit. All staff Italian. Obviously this little town is a honey pot in high season so they don't care as it is all tourists who will never come again, so seems happy to give us all rotten food and rip us off given half a chance - don't line his pocket or let him do it to you! Couple of other cafes in town, but really there were much nicer places along the way on the stunning road so just avoid this village. The lovely little snack bar ten minutes away where we stopped for coffee just below the Point sublime with its six little table across the road from it was a delight with the owner getting out his map to give us tips. The panoramic restaurant actually on the Cretes road looked good and I wish we had gone there instead :("

"Splendid service. Very nice people who make you feel very welcome at anytime. They serve different splendid meals which are all home made by cook Melissa Homma. Even for vegetarians and kids they have several choices on the menu. It is a cosy restaurant. You can have also breakfast over there. In summertime they have lots of activities for children like a making their own pizza workshop. Sitting outside is great while enjoying dinner and drinks and the lovely view between the mountains. Congratulations to Melissa and family."

"O’Delices in Castellane is a small restaurant run by two women on the night we visited. It was lovely, and only by arriving when they opened were we able to get seated without a reservation. The portions were large and the food was excellent. We...shared the artichoke soup, charcuterie platter, spicy beef over red peppers and zucchini, with panna cotta and chocolate mousse for dessert. There was way-too-much food, but that is a good problem to have. We would love to go again, but this time with a reservation. Enjoy!"

"We received a warm welcome from owners mom (owner/chef is only 22 years old! who also told us their story about this restaurant. The ambient is very cosy, nice decoration all around the place and very nice table settings. The food was simply amazing, I...have never eaten such soft pork meat... the sauces was also delicious, very special new taste. We even got a small entree and an aperitiv free of charge. Prices are very reasonable and we went home with happy full bellies. I hope I will come back here, definitely recommended!!!"

"I am am amazed at the last review of this bar, which complains about the service and also the fact that the guests were not allowed to sit. the outdoor dining area is very pleasant and I was under the impression that in times of covid. Indoor food was not allowed anyway, which could explain why they were asked to stay outside. regardless of this we had a very good lunch today, not planned, just on the road to foot as we found parking outside. the staff was friendly and helpful and made sure that we had a nice table, despite the fact that my husband was waiting for us....we were served quickly, had the menu explained us, and arrived at all our foods and drinks in no time. my man had a pasta court from the plaque that ravioli was filled with mushrooms and it was divine. I had a Mexican salate that was beautifully presented, tangy and chock-full of interesting salat ingredients, including huh. really nice and would highly recommend it. it is also very favorable. a large glass rose was just E2.20! the ice is also worth trying to try some really super aromen."

"pretty little shop to sit outside. There were three desserts, all for 7,50 euros and very tasty, tiramisu, lemon cream and caramel fishing. white table wine was very tasty, cold red and so correct. Unfortunately, no other wine opened to choose (original opinion) the kleiner laden zum draußen sitzen. dessert dreï, alle für 7,50 euro und sehr lecker, tiramisu, zitron inkme und pfirsich mit caramel. der tafelwein in weiss war sehr lecker, der rote kalt und deshalb nur ok. leider keine weiteren offenen weine zur auswahl"
