"Premier déjeuner dans ce restaurant de village, loin de la foule du centre commercial tout proche. Dommage que la perspective de la fermeture estivale toute proche ait conduit la restauratrice (absente aujourd'hui) à limiter la carte (déjà restreinte) en ne proposant pas certains plats, comme les noix de St Jacques pourtant présentées sur le site Web. Le menu à 30€ offrait donc en remplacement une escalope de veau/pommes de terre. Les amateurs de poisson avaient en consolation une entrée de saumon confit. Le moëlleux au chocolat aurait pu l'être davantage. En revanche, nous avons découvert le dessert préféré d'Isabelle Adjani (je n'en dis pas plus!). Globalement, le menu à 30€ est d'un rapport qualité/prix assez élevé, surtout en l'absence de choix (et des fameuses St Jacques!). Mais l'accueil est charmant, la terrasse verdoyante très agréable, et nous avons passé un bon moment en famille, dans ce restaurant joliment rénové."

"Bravo! A beautiful restaurant with a very warm atmosphere. The service is perfect when at the dishes it has been a long time that we come and it is always a very pleasant gustative surprise, the products are of high quality and the cuisine worthy of a very large restaurant. "Our experience at the ephemeral restaurant of N Pourcheresse, Serre a Verlinghem: A disappointing experience this year, unlike two years ago when we had been delighted. Nice welcome to the finish. But the service is very light, both on the level of drinks and on the explanations of the dishes. 4 different people. Not to mention the coktail overturned on my husband (veste, polo, jeans), just an excuse, and no commercial gesture proposes for the penalty. At the arrival of the dishes, we do not understand the accompaniments served in cups, their senses, for whom... they are placed in the middle of the table and we manage. We expected better. The place is very charming, atypical and we feel good. But here... he missed a lot of things to keep a good memory of it, and we can talk about an exceptional experience."

"I had not come to the dairy for a few years, I had kept a nice souvenir ... our choice was on the 4-course menu, a stuffed zucchini flower, a lobster, a pigeon .... but, hey the pigeon was not in the plate! He was cold in his blood bath, this is the cooking of our pigeon!! We sent our plates back, a well-nucked waitress came to tell us that it was that way to taste it! our plates have returned, as in a low-end brewery, the ingredients vaguely reformed, the discomfort of the chef expressing himself without creativity and without listening to the customer's request ... cooking = idem! No change! result returns of plates without touching it ! damage. the pigeon stayed us through the throat ! and suddenly the addition too!!!"
