"First time on Narbonne with a friend, it was the first restaurant we went to eat. The choice of the restaurant was made at random but it was a very good choice because we really ate well. With regard to the restaurant, it is very well located, less than 10 minutes walk from Narbonne train station. It is possible to eat inside as on the terrace. The staff is very welcoming, pleasant and open. In addition, I would like to thank all of them for their welcome, but especially the waitress who was present that day (I don’t know at all if there are many, on the day of our passage, there was only one waitress), close to the customers and in good mood, that she was able to share with us. With regard to the dishes and desserts we were able to taste during our visit, it was delicious! In addition, at the training level, incredible! In short, as beautiful as good dishes! (see pictures) The only negative points that make me remove 1 star are the fact that there is pork in almost all the dishes offered by the restaurant (80/90% of the dishes about) so if you do not eat, the choice of dishes is immediately limited. For my part, a lot of dishes peeled me but the meat that accompanied the dish was always pork so I stole on the new dish of the restaurant that is an Asian-style salad (with seafood: shrimp in particular) and it was very good!!! In short, in short, if we go to Narbonne, I strongly recommend making the detour to La Fringale! This is really worth the cost."

"Since the multiple food scandals on meat and intolerable animal violence perpetrated in slaughterhouses we have completely stopped our meat consumption for a good year, however we are not vegetarian. finding a restaurant that allows us to discover new products and flavours without eating meat is not a very easy thing to narbonne that remains a small town of province. Mille poets a narbonne met its criteria at least on paper at the end rather on screen ):- not at all disappointed with the visit. A simple but effective service, a very tasteful kitchen even with for me a discovery seaweeds in the potato salad in the entrance and a main dish with seitan and grilled eggplants. My inculture of vegetarian products led me to look for when arriving at home what the products were eaten. Hence my suggestion: doing can be a fact sheet or a small lexibook has the attention of the non-knowledgers so that they know what they eat, because we soon forgot the fast comment of the server. In dessert the raw chocolate pie and chia seed paste, really good, and shared with my wife a dessert whose name I don't remember the composition but there were small black balls in coconut milk and on top of the mango, about if the nathalie chef could tell me what there was in it I'm preneur...So if you are vegetarian you will find it"

"the unavoidable rdv of the Narbonnais youth; It must be said that it was the only brewery open on the mirabeau yard tonight because it was raining! And yes for a 9th of August it also happens in the south. we had reserved because being about ten this little tapas bar is necessarily fast full; the service is correct and relatively honest given the affluence. .we had taken mojito cocktails and pina colada, frankly we were looking for the rum, is what it is because it is a young clientele ?the burgers are very good and the thick chopped steak with the desired cooking, the fries also...the tapas are ordinary but for the price it passes....This is a very correct and trendy address for young people in the corner in the center"

"A real culinary experience. The food was exquisite with a mix of well mastered flavours and a sublime presentation. The cabillaud with chorizo sauce was the best fish I ate in my life! To spoil anything: decoration and irreproachable service. Our compliments to the leader and his team!"

"We went there in a group of 6 adults. The entrance is very little avenging but hides a little jewel behind! Our meal was great! attention to detail was perfect with all the foods cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. the little 'amuse mouth' (free) was delicious. They even brought a miniature entry for one of the members of our group who only wanted a main dish, so she shouldn't have waited! It's pretty expensive (about £100 per couple) but it's really worth a special gift! my only little disappointment, in a place of this quality, was that they had no sweet red wines to accompany their delicious dessert with chocolate."
