I've been to this restaurant twice, and both times a burger was missing from my takeout order. The food is good, but my experience with the service has been quite poor. I would rate the food 4 out of 5, but unfortunately, the service only gets a 1. Price per person is around £20–30.

I have not had 1 successful delivery yet. Everytime I order, they always miss something. The food has improved. But completely fail on deliveries. And it's always either missing chips, chicken nuggets or completely the wrong order. I am consistently let down every time I visit this location. While most McDonald’s restaurants are great, the one near Polegate never meets expectations. I often receive the wrong order, the service is incredibly slow, and the staff can be quite rude. I recommend finding a different place. In the photo, you can see my burger, which had nothing but the bun, sauce, and patty—no lettuce, tomato, cheese, or pickles. Service: Takeout, Meal type: Dinner.

Awful breakfast run, ordered to wait 30mins for breakfast food other people were waiting ages and all the orders were wrong missing things even people who ordered from the car had to come in to get the drinks. On top of this we all watched as they prioritized the deliveroo drives etc they walk in waiting one min and go like we don't matter.
