"We visited for a jubilee meal and read some reviews before arriving, so we were expecting a nice dining experience with friends. Unfortunately, we waited two hours for our main course. We didn’t order any appetizers, and when our meals finally arrived, they were cold. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant. When it was time to pay, we were told they preferred cash, so I had to split the payment between cash and card. The restaurant only had three tables, yet the service was disappointing."

We had a lovely meal featuring some unique specialties, along with excellent service. We'll definitely return the next time we’re in Metheringham. It was a shame to see so few customers on a bank holiday Monday.

We came here to celebrate a 70th birthday, and since it was a Sunday, the restaurant was quite tranquil. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Both my wife and I agreed that the curries we ordered—a lamb achari and a prawn curry—were the best we've ever tasted. The naans were incredibly soft, and there was plenty of food. Definitely worth a visit!
