"we visited this locally during the lunch break. I guess you can eat here well and quickly. I'm sorry that didn't happen when I was visiting. we waited quite long. we had a bad day; in the kitchen there was a lot of confusion. the service apologised at least and was otherwise not to be objected. the card is very big. There was also a lunch offer. when one reduced to it, the decision was easier. eating was okay. nothing special, but all times better than kantine"

A condire il tutto camerieri non italiani che apostrofano i clienti secondo il più bieco stereotipo (paesà piuttosto che ciao picciotti)."

"Just had dinner at Trattoria Porto Cervo, a restaurant largely sustained by Munich locals and walking distance from our hotel off Nymphenburger Strasse. Tables are cheek by jowl, but we were still able by some miracle to get a reservation for pm on a...Saturday night with only minutes' notice. My friend had the whole bronzino (European sea bass), expertly filleted after being presented to him at the table, with a mixed salad, spinach, potatoes and a side order of home-made penne with equally home-made tomato sauce, and couldn't stop saying how much better he liked it than the fish he had at a Parisian restaurant that was three time as expensive on May I had a good caprese salad followed by spaghetti aglio olio that was perfectly al dente and possibly the best of its kind I've eaten. We split a crema catalana (flan with fresh raspberry sauce and a hard crust with almonds) and oohed and aahed, followed by a grappa that tasted sublime and was so mellow it didn't even burn on the way down. Good and good-natured service, noise level a bit high for us but the food made it more than worthwhile. Highly recommended!"

"We’ve eaten here as a couple twice in the last week and enjoyed our main meals. First night we could only get an indoor table and was so hot it became unpleasant. We were beside a table who had a very annoying child whose family...were hiding a toy in various parts of the restaurant. It would have been appropriate for the staff to remind this family they weren’t the only ones there and to be respectful that others were out for dinner not at a playground. We felt sorry for the staff as this child was running all over the place. We tried the lasagne which was good and a decent size serving. Also tried the pasta which was lovely and fresh, tasted freshly made with very nice sauces and we were able to omit ingredients we do not like. Had the grilled salmon also which came with vegetables. The salmon was a bit over cooked for my taste. Had the tiramisu which was average, too dry and a chocolate soufflé which was underwhelming, needed berries or ice cream not the sickly chocolate sauce that came smeared on the plate. Moderately priced menu. Waiter very pleasant the first night, different waiter time not so friendly. Over all a good meal, enjoyed being at an outside table on the occasion."

"This place was busy with local workers on their lunch break, and stayed busy the entire hour we were there. The pasta dishes looked delicious, but we had pizza so can't comment on them. The pizza was fine. The arugula salad was good. We didn't...get the feeling that many tourists frequented Coccinella, only because we got stared at when we walked in. The server (there was just one) didn't have proper change when we paid the bill, and promised to return right away--it took minutes. That wouldn't be so concerning except that he kept looking over at us, walking by, not saying anything, as if he hoped to keep the change. No--we had already provided for the tip when we settled up. So, we left thinking that they don't have many tourists visit, and those that do, they figure will tip big as Americans are rumored to do."

"BEST PASTA AND TIRAMISU! So good homemade fresh pasta I have really never eaten and the tiramisu is not too surpassed in fluffiness and I can allow me a verdict as I test as a vegetarian and lover of ital cuisine almost daily and even know all Italians in Munich :D service also top- the waiter was on zack, funny and nice, so it must be! New favorite Italians <3"

"I'm gonna go out and eat in the kalypso. But you should stick to the classics where you can't do much wrong. gyros etc. we have decided to go back to the kalypso after our last visit. that is 100% at the service. the problem is that all employees of the kalypso are more insane self-acting, who do not care that it pleases the customers as they come cool. the last time we were there we got a 2 person table with 3 people, where you couldn't eat partout for three. when we asked for a bigger table, we were told that "yes are not stupid and on a Saturday night you want to leave a place free." After we asked again, the answer came "you don't have to discuss with me either. this is like at the casino. at the end always wins the bank". so three times before was never a worker in a restaurant to me. we then took this as a start and went. umd ie ecke there is a really good Greek restaurant "ola kala", where you are also treated nicely. eating is better there. we have landed there in the evening and will never go back to the kalypso, we now know that there is a much better gree right around the corner gitb."

"garden and locally decorated at this magnificent place very beautifully equipped and tastefully decorated. In the interior we used to like better - especially the terracotta-coloured walls and lamps radiated more warm than the current expensive but pseudobaroque wallpapers and wall decorations. it is always very full and therefore also extremely loud! so don't get to know anything for a lasy couple night for the first. service different - times flott and attentive, then again you were ignored at another evening (dry reservation) 10 minutes to order anything. Some waiters are simply arrogant - especially women's groups opposite! often only eaten - small special wishes (pepper mill) are not taken into account or forgotten. then again - at the next day visit - one tried very much.Smoothly to make what is the original for it, because we are among the masters.Essen often of very different quality. from great to loveless. the business is running in this ambiente stall by itself and the most important seems to be the turnover - not the personal feeling of the guests.In other words, we like this locally - it is somehow an institution and you always meet well-known!"

"Busqué a Jones Diner en nuestra última noche en Munich. Fue una comida rápida y fácil para nosotros ya que salíamos temprano de nuestro hotel a la mañana siguiente. No nos dimos cuenta de que se necesitaría una reserva para una cena alrededor de la tarde, ... sin embargo, nos sentaron de todos modos. La hospitalidad fue excelente y la comida muy buena. Pudimos tomar una cerveza y una copa de vino con nuestra cena. Pedimos una hamburguesa, pollo empanizado, patatas fritas y un aperitivo. Este lugar sería bueno para parejas o familias. Una vez más, la única recomendación sería intentar hacer una reserva ya que es un lugar concurrido y un lugar concurrido significa que es buena comida. También tenían muchos recuerdos deportivos en las paredes que enviaban los clientes. Estoy enviando el mío y dijeron que lo mostrarían ... divertido"

"Wir waren mehrere Tage in München und wollten als Thai-/Deutsche Familie gut Thailändisch essen gehen. Wir wurden leider richtig enttäuscht. Die Gerichte waren geschmacklich sehr schwach und die Qualität der Produkte hat uns ebenfalls nicht angesprochen. Dazu kommt noch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Gerichte sind Hochpreisig und die Portionen sind nicht angemessen. Wir gehen in Berlin, denn da sind wir Zuhause, mindestens zweimal im Monat in Thai Restaurants und können als Thai-/Deutsch Familie sehr gut beurteilen, ob die Gerichte in Thai Restaurants qualitativ gut sind. Leider war das bei unserem Besuch im Lemontrees in München nicht der Fall. Wirklich schade für das viele Geld was wir dort gelassen haben. Wir wollen den anderen Bewertungen, die das Restaurant gut bewertet haben, nicht zu Nahe treten. Sie sollten aber mal gute Thai Restaurants recherchieren. Denn dann werden sie krasse Unterschiede feststellen. Die Restaurantbetreiber sollten sich nicht auf ihre Stamm- und Zufallskundschaft ausruhen. Es gefällt uns selbst nicht, dass wir das so schreiben müssen. Ehrliche Kritik ist uns aber wichtig."

"Was uns gestern bei unserem ersten und auch letzten Besuch im Da Ugo passierte ist wirklich oberste Abzocke. Wir waren stocksauer, aber auf unsere Beschwerde wurde kaum eingegangen. Wir bestellten (als Vegetarier) beide die Pizza Abruzzo Bello ohne den Schinken, dafür mit Zwiebeln bzw. Rucola...In der festen Annahme den Belag lediglich getauscht zu haben. Auf Nachfrage nach dem Belag "Tagesgemüse" bei der offiziellen vegetarischen Pizza konnte man uns nicht sagen was drauf kommt. Also wählten wir obige Methode um unseren Wunschbelag zu bekommen. Die Pizza kam, recht zügig sogar trotz vollem Lokal, der Service war nicht besonders gut oder zuvorkommend aber auch nicht schlecht. Ambiente ist auch gemütlich. Der Blick auf die Pizza eher ernüchternd. Kaum Belag drauf. Wirklich dran vorbei geflogen. Schade. Der Teig aber geschmacklich 1a...naja, ok, dachten wir. Schmeckt gut, wenig drauf, aber lecker...Wirklich satt, Fehlanzeige.Der kracher kam dann mit der Rechnung. Uns wurde der volle Preis der Pizza Abruzzo Bello inklusive dem abbestellten Schinken zzgl. Extra Belag berechnet. Siehe Foto. Wir reden da von 10g Rucola für 1,60 € bzw. Einer zwiebelscheibe 0,60 € extra. Wir haben uns vorne beim Chef beschwert, es hat ihn aber gar nicht interessiert. Wir hätten den Schinken vielleicht für den Hund nachfordern sollen...Ich bin wirklich sehr verärgert über solche Handhabung in der Gastronomie. Hier gehen wir nicht mehr essen!! Wenn es am pizzabelag scheitert... Da ist doch der Einsatz wirklich gering gegenüber der Einnahme!! Verstehe es nicht."

"Wir wurden noch nie so schlecht behandelt!Nach einer spontanen Dhoppong Tour, wollten wir nur was leckeres essen. Da wir wussten, dass gute Burgerläden meist ausgebucht sind, haben wir vorher dort angerufen um zu fragen ob noch was möglich sei. Der junge Mann am Telefon sagte uns es sei noch etwas an der Theke möglich und hat auch unseren Namen aufgenommen. Als wir dort ankamen nach sehr langer Parkplatz Suche, wurden wir gefragt ob wir eine Reservierung hätten. Nachdem wir ihm gesagt hatten, dass wir vor ca. 45 min. einen Tisch reserviert hatten, schaute er uns nur angenervt an und sagte : "ne, wir sind ausgebucht... das kann nicht sein.. wir nehmen schon seit 3 Stunden keine Reservierungen mehr an". Nach einer kleinen Diskussion standen wir nun draußen und warteten, bis nach 10 min. der verantwortliche mit dem wir telefoniert hatten mit einer Speisekarte zu uns raus und sagte uns es dauert nur 5 min. bis ein Tisch frei wird und wir sollten schon mal in die Speisekarte gucken. Nach einer Stunde! standen wir also immernoch draußen vor der Tür. Als wir dann mit bekamen, dass Leute die nach uns kamen und auch nicht reserviert hatten, vor uns einen Tisch bekamen hatten wir dann mal nach gefragt was jetzt los sei. Daraufhin schreite der Mann uns an was uns denn einfallen würde uns da einzumischen und das wir keinen Tisch bei seinem Kollegen reserviert hätten. Dann riss er meinem Freund die Speisekarte aus der Hand und sagte wir sollen ab hauen.Der Abend war also komplett im Eimer.. knurrender Magen, schlechte Laune und keine Ahnung wo wir um die Zeit noch was zu essen bekommen.Wieso konnte man sich den Fehler nicht einfach direkt eingestehen und uns freundlich sagen, dass es heute nichts mehr wird. Wir hätten es verstanden und hätten noch wo anders essen gehen können.Das geht gar nicht.Anscheinend geht es dem Laden zu gut."

"We were here with relatives on our arrival night, a Thursday, and were able to make a reservation for our relatives favorite niche seating. We all ordered our own entrée. Service was friendly and relaxed, as we were in no hurry. It did fill up quickly, but that didn’t affect the service. I had a roll your own entree with thin rice paper with all sorts of fresh herbs, cucumbers, sprouts, lettuce, tofu, pineapple and two different sauces, one sweet, one spicier; a very filling yet healthy and not heavy choice. My spouse’s aunt had a curry dish which was tasty and moderately sized. Her husband and mine both ordered a bowl with veggies, sauce, pineapple, swine, egg rolls, fresh herbs, lettuce. Both men had the Vietnamese beer offered, and thot it was rather weak. The restaurant was fairly reasonably priced, considering how expensive Munich can be to eat out. All of us were satisfied at the end of the meal with no one feeling stuffed, but no one wanting dessert. The coat hanging area was right next to the toilets and very large, and the toilets were clean."

"We used to frequent Mezzodi quite often in the past. First because we live around the corner, second because it is a nice place with atmosphere, nice selection of wine, decent food and capable service. Last year some of the staff left to open up a new joint next street and Mezzodi went down. The place is still nice, food decent, wine selection nice. Service wasn't to great in the past but most of the time ok. But after the change in personell service went down to lucky punch. If you are lucky and they have some kind of lets-do-good-service mood, it is a great place to spend a relaxed time. Unfortunately these moments are rare. Staff focuses in general on checking the music and putting it on high volume, or chitchatting with each other about whatever, or getting news from some regulars about the newest gossip of the neighborhood. Guests are third or fourth priority.In case you get the attention of one of them you might be lucky to get someone who is friendly, knows details about the wine list and gives good recommendations. You get attention of the wrong person, you can give yourself advice. Risk is high to get the wrong person who gives you the impression that your wish to consume some more wine or food is a real challenge for them and they only satisfy your wish because of their generosity. Honestly, I do not want to go to a place in the knowledge that the service might be capable or not. Attentive or not. Message to the owners: improve the quality of your service dramatically. What keeps your income steady right now is the location and the patience of the people who live in the area. But competition is high in Haidhausen, things can change rapidly."

"Celebrating my bday with family in this nice restaurant. Very classy set up in on of the nicest spot in Munich, Bogenhauen. Refined menu with a touch of novelty in the classical Italian offer. Starting with tuna sauce veal, rabbit carpaccio and mini lobster with...scallops and lentils. Very good beef tagliata and risotto with artichoke and lamb interiors. Panna cotta and little crostata to close the excellent lunch. Gewurze traminer from Alto Adige as wine to couple the food. Prices adequate to place and quality. Very good service and lovely environment. Appreciated a lot the colors of appetizers perfectly in line with the season of the year. We will go again."

"we have already been aware that Cypriots go to the Greek/Turkish direction, in the case of the tavern kyprios clearly direction Greece. the restaurant is located in the middle of a residential area and surprisingly you could find some parking nearby under the week around 19 clock. a little wild looked out the hustle around the terrace and this little chaotic impression continued inside. this was mainly due to the extremely many deco. the niche that was meant for us is probably intended for 8 people. we found 10 people and it was just ok, but good if the slip in at the back then, the best not to get up in the 2 hours. our waiters have been nice and relatiw flott. we have also been given the menu that is quite clearly held. on demand we also got the tagsmap. the has kept some great surprises ready. but also the standard card had to offer a few dishes that I have not seen before on a map. to the appetizer I shared a mixed cold-warm appetizer board with my man (10,80€) and an octatopus salad (5,90€). the plate was plentiful and very good. 4 pasty, baked zucchini and aubergine, cheese, filled paprika and wine leaf and beans/paprika salad. the octopus salad was brilliant, a large portion and very delicate and simply delicious. the waiting period for the appetizers was still quite short, so it took a lot longer with the main dishes. the restaurant was also full and there were other large groups. for the bridging of the waiting period there was a ouzo :-) at the main court fell my choice on tawas (scarried bark with tomato and cumin with supplements - 11,90€). in principle it has been a gulasch and it was really very good. large portion, very delicate meat. the caraway taste only very easy. the inlay plate also did not leave any wish open (seed, kartoffels, sworn vegetables). I was then allowed to try the loukoumades, very fine. and a very large portion. that then brought a problem in the short term because no EC card payment is possible. but it worked out everything by giving birth. small deductions in the B note, but the most important (the eating) was simply great and therefore rounded up 5 stars."
