"Three girl friends meet up for each of their birthdays and we try to find a different venue each time. One of us is veggie so we always try to find a place where there is a good variety of veggie foods. The ambience in the Highgate Ostuni is great. Plenty of room between tables, continental farmhouse-like decor; all very pleasing. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the food was delicious."

Great Zuccini fritti. Good vibrant atmosphere. Service was very slow. We complained that one salad was so salty it was inedible and nothing was done about it.

My dish was tasty but way too rich (slow cooked lamb) and made me feel queasy. The decor was pleasing though... If I went back I would try the pizzas. They looked good.

The dining experience began positively, with a couple of tasty appetizers and a warm welcome from the staff. However, despite a promising menu, the dishes were underwhelming. The service deteriorated as the evening progressed.

We love our neighborhood Italian restaurant. It has a rustic and welcoming atmosphere, serving authentic dishes from Puglia. The house red wine, as well as the glassware, comes straight from Puglia! The pizza is light and fluffy, and the pasta is beautifully made.
