Ate with friends and pleasantly surprised. Not one of us had lousy food. Very friendly staff and a lovely ambience. Well worth the visit.

Ate there last night with friends. High class Italian cuisine. Most impressive. Run by a very congenial German with awesome knowledge of Italian cuisine. Ambience most pleasant. Mostly local people and not tourists, which is what I like. My food was faultless. My friend's equally...so. In fact, my best restaurant I've eaten at so far in Berlin.

I discovered ponte in the opposite of Schöneberg in berlin and read the menu prices outside, which also lists a beverage menu. I have reviewed their website for more details, the menu is the same, but has a link to a downloadable drinks and...Advanced weinlist. Please note that the actual prices based on the menu outside the restaurant are about higher than the online menu prices. no big thing they would probably say that restaurants are entitled to increase their prices (especially after the corona catastrophe sure but they should also hopefully update their online prices even their menus occasionally? I'm still guessing if I should go or not.

The food was very good. I have a special diet due to my allergies (no milk products, no wheat) and they had several alternatives for me. Every dish was very tasty and well prepared. With the main dish (young lamb) they served perhaps the best...vegetables ever: al dente and just a little salt. Nothing else. But the veggies were really fresh. All in all my total score for this restaurant food was (scale Cons. We chose euros wine, they brought euros wine and charged euros. Our fault not having been attentive enough. Also the place was full of friends of the owner and these guests got very much attention: special free drinks etc. Felt a little bit like outsiders.

Our last night of days in Berlin we wanted somewhere special for dinner. Tucked away on corner of quiet leafy street in the Schöneberg district this little oasis is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived the friendly staff made us so welcome....We soon realised that the smart crowd enjoying their evening were devoted regulars and you soon see why. It seems rather ironic that we travel to Berlin to sample some of the most outstanding fine Italian cuisine we've ever tasted. The Vitello Tonnato was superb as was the melt in your mouth Ossobuco Milanese with beautiful saffron rice, enjoyed with wonderful wine selection. After months of lockdowns and versions of them, I had lunch in one of my favorite restaurants. eating was as always excellent; or at least the first two courses were. I waited and waited, finally one and a half hours after the conclusion of the...main course, to order the desert together with a desert wine. I decided not to wait anymore, left and never back. on the surface is the fact that the owner declares the menus personally to praise. However, if they are not one of the supported customers/friends, the service has now become abyssive. he is too busy with his chosen customers. these four-year-old master files will not be recurring again. there are too many good restaurants in Wilmersdorf...

I dined at one of the best Italian restaurants in Berlin last Sunday evening. Ponte is tucked away in a quiet and pretty part of Schoenberg just a few minutes from Viktoria Louise Platz. Beautiful old world charm and very fine food makes this restaurant...one of my favourites for a regular visit. Monk fish ravioli with very green peas and a touch of tomato, and a main of prawn in saffron sauce accompanied by approximate vegetables were outstanding. on Wednesday evening, the first fine culinary experience took place in ponte after the shutdown restrictions. since it is the beginning of the summer, the restaurant is surrounded by lush green and the al fresco section is beautiful at this time. the whole street oozes. elegance with all old buildings complemented by shrubs and flowers. in this virus era, the bookings are indispensable at the time. the patron introduces the menu in detail as usual. this is great marketing, as all diners meet the owner and discuss the menu. there is no extravagant mehle; his personal warmth and his charm are infectious. dinner for two consisted of: amuse bouche: pickled vegetables and warm cracks. entree: cra...

Located in a quiet part of Schoenberg just minutes walk from Wittenberg Plz Ubahn, Ponte is serving high quality Italian cuisine which puts it in the top Italian restaurants in Berlin. The restaurant is beautifully presented with wood paneling on some walls, art...hanging on most walls, and the restaurant itself opens onto an external patio for warmer climate dining. Appropriate shrubs protect diners from the passing foot and vehicular traffic. Crisp white linen covers the tables. An impressive bar is to the left of the entry. While all this gives an air of formality, the warm welcome sets the scene for a relaxed and enjoyable luncheon experience. On this occasion, two of us dined on entrees...
