"My lunch experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I requested for my halat to be served on a separate dish, but it arrived on the same plate as the rest of my food. When I asked for it to be corrected, it was transferred to separate plates, but then I had to fetch my own sauces despite being told they would be brought to the table. Unfortunately, my kartoffel was lukewarm and my bons were cold. Overall, I will not be returning to this Sainsburys restaurant. Additionally, when they finally changed my plate, there was a mix-up with the dishes and it was handled with a smile."

Went here today for lunch, quite a few drinks food was out of stock. Staff were friendly and polite. Was clean. Food was nice.

Just got to Sainsburys cafe in Sevenoaks. Shuts at 7pm it’s 6:15pm and they have stopped food and only doing a cup of tea. It’s slowly getting even worse.

I had lunch at 12 o'clock and there was very limited selection. The sandwich I ordered tasted more like plastic packaging than the actual sandwich itself. However, the coffee was delicious. Ver carta

excellent. courteous service. eat excellent. had delivered lachs with new kartoffels and salat. promptly. minimum waiting time. based on experience would highly recommend for high quality food at an affordable price.

We stopped here for a coffee before we started the shop. A bit shocked to see hot chocolate mixed up with a fork!!??!! The chips were lovely and you could tell the cakes were not home made but still very nice. Would reccommend the carrot...cake.

nice layout. lift from the ground floor makes it easy for older and disabled people. usual selection of food and drinks. faster pleasant service. delicious lunch. young male workers behind the counter would be better used to fill up sugar containers, cutlery and serviettes than to fiddle with his phone. This is my regular supermarket, although I rarely use the cafe. Today, having been for a morning walk, we decided to call in for lunch, before shopping. At 1pm there were only a few paninis left, so we choose omelettes instead. These were just fine,...hot, full of filling and with a good side salad. Pleasant staff, a good lunch!

We went for lunch on a Saturday with two hungry children. There were limited options in the fridge- no fruit, yogurt, or baked goods. The staff behind the counter were friendly, but overwhelmed with the long line of customers. Our orders were either incorrect or never fulfilled. We waited over 30 minutes for two pizzas. The manager did not appear to be helpful or attentive. Despite these issues, the food itself was enjoyable.
