Die bestelltenForellen waren nicht richtig durch und labbrig, Mandelblättchen waren nicht vorhanden und gewürzt waren sie lediglich mit einem Sträußchen Thymian… Die größte Enttäuschung war aber das Dessert.. Tut uns um das tolle Ambiente leid…es hätte besseres verdient,"

"First of all: Pino is always our first choice when it comes to pizzas. Our favorite pizzas are the vegan salami pizza and the magic mushroom pizza both vegan creations that really impress us every time. Since we live nearby, we have picked up our own food there several times and it worked without any problems each time. A few weeks ago we felt like eating in a restaurant. We reserved online and got there on time. It was busy so we were asked to wait a moment. 10 minutes ! later we were able to get to our table. In general everything went very slowly, everything seemed very chaotic and the atmosphere wasn't really nice due to the high volume. However, we understand that it can be crowded and loud and that sometimes employees simply have a bad day. So yesterday we wanted to try it again. We had reserved a table outside. As we were just getting in the door, it started to rain quite heavily, so we left the entrance area and walked towards the counter so that the visitors from outside could all come in. A staff member then began assigning everyone new tables inside. However, he didn't start with us we were almost at the front , but distributed everyone else first. That didn't bother us at first because we weren't under any time pressure. But when he had served the last people in line, he simply walked away, even though we were obviously waiting in line too and were basically standing in the middle of the room if he missed us, it's really a mystery to us how . We then went to the counter and asked another employee if there was still a table available, we had reserved, then we were told no, only the counter seats which were currently occupied were still free. We then waited about 5 minutes before we decided to take the pizzas with us because it didn't look like there would be a seat for us soon that was already 20 minutes after our actual reservation . As already said, we understand that a restaurant can be busy and sometimes unexpected things such as sudden heavy rain can arise. However, we are of the opinion that a good restaurant or the employees should, in addition to delicious food, also be able to react appropriately to such situations and not break out into total chaos, let alone forget/overlook customers. We can recommend Pino's delicious pizzas to everyone, but we recommend either using the delivery service or, best of all, taking the pizzas away so you can enjoy them at home instead of having to endure this uncoordinated service."

"Also Cocktails und Lokal super. Gemütlich und tolles Personal. Essen wurde ich nur enttäuscht. Gerade vom Frühstück würde ich abraten, da gibt's lokale die dass besser machen. Deutlich besser. Es ist lecker keine Frage. Aber keine Brötchen, für den Preis? Bei einem 2 Personen Menü sollte schon ein ganzes ei für beide da sein. Oder gleich 1 für jede Person..dazu gibt's eine bisschen Brot und ein bisschen von allem. Gefühlt zu wenig von allem und man geht mit einem schlechten Gefühl heraus falls man schon mal woanders Frühstücken war.. Wer für 30€ etwas naschen mag, nur zu empfehlen. Wer Frühstücken will geht woanders hin.. Mit Getränken , Kaffee und Saft .geht man da mit 50-60€ raus...und dass fühlt sich für ein Frühstück falsch an..sorry ."

"Yesterday, October 18, 2020, we were three people to eat at da Ricci. Start with an antipasti plate mixed; for us three. 1 food: beef fillet with vegetables/potatoes, which was supplemented by an additional order with pifferlings. 1 food: veal fillet with pepper cream sauce with vegetables/potatoes. 1 Food: seaweed with mixed vegetables/potatoes. Table: Tiramisu and Panna Cotto both homemade. 2x dry red wine and water. Espressi. The Grappa, ripened in the barrel, we got from the boss. It was just delicious! It's like a hundred times before. And for those who did not feel good..... Yeah, I understand that too. Where people face each other, it is human. I'm not the same every day, I know very well. And have to do with many people of different social strata every day. I'm trying my best thing I can't always do. Mr. Durro had a young man in service some time ago (years), who performed his job full of joy. He has also recommended wines that tasted just as well according to our descriptions, while enjoying. "Mein erster Ausflug in ein veganes Restaurant. Ich war sehr skeptisch. Aber: Es war erstaunlich lecker! Superlecker! Mein einziges aber wäre, dass ich lieber nicht wissen will, aus wie vielen Kunststoffen so ein veganer Käse besteht oder wie viel Chemie an Sojaspeck muss, damit er echt schmeckt und knuspert. Der Service super und das personal sehr freudlich. Ich würde nochmal hingehen."

"Nachdem wir vor einigen Wochen eine durchaus positive Erfahrung beim Besuch des Restaurants la Fenice gemacht hatten, sind wir jetzt aktuell sehr enttäuscht worden. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir erfahren, dass unsere bestätigte Reservierung für einen Tisch im Außenbereich für eine 13-köpfige Gruppe ignoriert worden war. Die Teilnehmer an dem Essen waren zum Teil weit angereist, dementsprechend war natürlich die Enttäuschung und der Frust groß (noch dazu weil wir annehmen mussten, dass einer weitaus größeren Gruppe der Vorzug gegeben wurde). Unsere Beschwerde und ein Klärungsversuch mit den Servicemitarbeitern verlief erfolglos. Fazit für uns: auf eine Reservierung in diesem Restaurant kann man sich nicht unbedingt verlassen. Randnotiz: ein sehr nahe gelegenes italienisches Restaurant hatte unsere gesamte Gruppe dann noch spontan und sehr freundlich aufgenommen und bewirtet. Der Abend war also für uns gerettet, wenn auch nicht bei La Fenice, so wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten."

But before second world war, Pizza was a kind of rectangular sliced cake...with some vegetables on it. And no. Its not originaly from Napoli, but from some hill areas of the Abruzzi in Italy, also the origin of Nicolino. And by the way. Nicolino also designed that delivery box, that is used now worldwide by almost any Pizza delivery. Nicolino was recognised and received the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic as well as the Order of Merit of the Republik of Germany. The new owners did not have the original Pizza Capri the one of Nicolino anymore in the menu..Therefore I asked for it to be prepared for the records (pictures) But nobody of our group wanted to eat it. "We ate at this restaurant on a Saturday evening and it was very busy, we were lucky to get a table. Be sure to reserve in advance on weekends! We had the mam mam burger and the spicy sriracha burger and sweet potato fries with avocado dip. Both burgers were nothing special in terms of taste, the toppings were poor (2 leaves of iceberg lettuce, 2 gherkins, some onions, a very dark pattie, and some sauce) and carelessly placed on the burger, and it wasn't really hot anymore. There wasn't much of a difference between the burgers. In terms of taste and appearance, it's no better than various fast food chains. On top of that, we waited over 35 minutes for our food, which was incredibly long for a restaurant that only serves burgers. The price is also way too expensive for what you get, we paid €36 for our meal plus two drinks. The ambience also has more of a fast food vibe, as everything is very sterile. It was also very loud. Maybe enough for lunch, as it's cheaper then. But if you want to eat a delicious burger in the evening and stay seated for a while, it's better to go somewhere else."

"Es ist immer sehr lecker hier, aber teuer. Egal, weil der Geschmack rechtfertigt den Preis. Wenn man früh dran ist, dann bekommt man blitzschnell sein Essen. Heute waren wir zu viert um 17 Uhr dort, innerhalb kürzester Zeit waren alle Bestellungen am Tisch. Der Gurkensalat hat mich echt überrascht, der ist richtig gut. Wenn man später kommt muss man schon recht lang warten, aber das ist in Ordnung weil die Bedienungen sind immer sehr nett und aufmerksam (heute hat jemand beim Essen servieren gemerkt, dass ein Strohhalm fehlte weil er runtergefallen war) und weil es keine bessere amerikanische Pizza gibt als hier."

The interiors may not be the ultimate in style, but they also give the Main House its own distinctive character. Beer drinkers and friends of high quality spirits will get their money's worth here. There are always changing regional beers in addition to the standard beers on the menu (which are all of regional origin! . Spirits from the House of Fine Brandies from Randersacker are served: they are well known to connoisseurs because they regularly receive awards at tastings. What impressed me most every time I visited was the friendly warmth of the staff and the boss. It's really rare to experience something like that! "Der Service ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Essen kann ich nicht bewerten. Als wir eine halbe Stunde vor Schluss nach einem kleinen Bier fragten, bot man uns ein Schnitt an. Es gibt traditionell Bier nur im 0,5l oder 1l Glas. Okay, prima, ein Schnitt sei typisch bayrisch. Das kannte ich noch nicht, also gerne probieren. Google Recherche sagt: Ein Bier gerade, nicht schief, sehr schaumig eingeschenkt. Ungefähr ein halbes Bier, könne man erwarten, mal mehr, mal weniger. Mehr als den halben Preis haben wir auch gezahlt. Bekommen haben wir gut 130ml Bier im Weißweinglas ? für 2,90€. Das fanden wir unangemessen."
