"During a walk with my heart to Amberg we drove over the small idyllic place Lintach. Here we returned to the famous Gasthof Schlossbräu of the Rehaber family. It is managed in the 5th generation as a family business. Cosiness in the rooms and a delicious regional cuisine of fresh fish, poultry, meat, salads, sweets, cakes and dessert are on the agenda. Oberpfälzer Karpfen originates mainly from own breeding and pond hosts from the district Amberg-Sulzbach. Coaches always like to find their trip to Lintach, they are individually and lovingly cared for. If you have the pipe for home music, then this wish is personally met by the Senior Chef with his zither, you can also take a tour through the small church of St. Walburga. Bed and breakfast is available in modern double rooms from 27 euros. Also worth seeing is nearby... as the famous Monte Kaolino in Hirschau (only 10 km from Lintach), where you can ski in summer on Kaolinsand, make a trip to Amberg, which is also very worth seeing with its pedestrian area. Or spend a quiet pampering weekend directly with the Rehaber family in Lintach. Pictures of the inn, accommodation room, events for 2012, prices, menu suggestions for celebrations, active holidays and others are on the homepage of the Rehaber family [here link] Opening hours: Wednesday to Sunday of 25 people is then open Monday and Tuesday Guest room: daily description and sights of Lintach On 2. The village of Lintach is picturesque at the foot of the 655 high Johannisberg. It has about 720 inhabitants, two private castles. The upper castle, a high two-storey gable, is built over a Gothic core. In the 15th century, the Rorenstätter and the 16th Century of Vestenberg. Today the castle is privately owned and has been extensively renovated by the owner. The lower castle, with a spiral staircase in the tower and Erker, was inhabited from 1625 to almost 300 years by the old Franconian nobility of the Lochner von Hüttenbach. In 1931 a fire destroyed large parts of the building. Thanks to today's owner, they were restored into a historical model and the entire castle was also lovingly renovated. In the middle of Lintach is one of the most beautiful Baroque churches in the district Amberg-Sulzbach. Today is Kath. The church of St. Walburga was built in 1735/36 and is one of the most beautiful Baroque churches in the area. The interior impresses with the imposing high altar, the vault, the finest stucco work and three valuable Gothic figures: Nikolaus from the 15th century Century, the holy Walburga and the holy Mary with the Jesus Child."

A truly cozy restaurant with a beautiful selection of good bourgeois dishes. Steaks, carp, goose were delicious and the operation despite stress always friendly children have got something to eat right at the beginning. And the inn borders a beautiful, great children's playground!

We are a group of 20 people, both from the Oberpfalz and from Franconia, who come to Lintach for several times a year. Here are the different dishes, including travel and desserts. We are very satisfied with the dishes both qualitatively and visually. We also appreciate the warm welcome of the boss and the very accommodating service. WIR can only recommend this restaurant. Fam Rehaber so!
