Stopped for breakfast Sunday am. Very comprehensive menu of normal English breakfast fare and continental . Currently freshly cooked so much better than a buffet. Nice and clean with very welcoming staff

I sat down after a number of hours of driving and relaxed. Friendly attentive staff with good quality of food. In other words, warm and tasty. The atmosphere was friendly and jovial. I’ve visited a number of times since.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughtout the evening. The food was fantastic. Also a massive thank you to Lauren for going above and beyond which made our experience even better. Social distancing rules were in place and adhered to by staff and other customers.

I'm not sure if it was just my mood, but I truly felt that this restaurant is one of the best I've visited in the UK. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the food was outstanding, and the ambiance was spotless and inviting. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

the smugglers inn is what it is. a not annoying pub/restaurant with basic pub-grub. the staff are friendly, eating arrives on time and the prices are very reasonable. we have placed this place at several locations during the stay in the premier inn. at our last visit we were able to eat early and take the food deal at £8,99 for two. fun.

excellent first dinning experience for my wife and I, sitting directly, drinks ordered on place, given several minutes to our choice of meal. 3 curs. from a very smart polite young man who took care of our needs. eating was first-class and with the minimum waiting between serviettes brought to the table. I would recommend booking because it was very busy when the evening passed.

We celebrated a birthday for two at this restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience. Although we have visited before, yesterday stood out in every way. We received a warm welcome, were seated at a fantastic table, and our host was very attentive. Our waiter was outstanding throughout our visit; despite the restaurant being busy, he made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, but our desserts really deserve special praise. We both tried the Vegan Black Forest Sundae, and it was absolutely delightful!

I dined here on two consecutive nights and had a wonderful experience both times. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and professional, truly committed to excellent customer service and ensuring our needs were met. Don't be deterred if some dishes seem slightly smaller than anticipated; the food is fantastic, and smaller portions simply leave you with room to indulge in their incredible desserts. Each bite is a luxurious treat. Be sure to finish your meal with a delightful coffee as well. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you!
