great quality eating with extensive menu, beautiful interiors, lots of parking, cozy vibes only their perfect country pub. would recommend the hausburger!

the personal was beautiful and we felt comfortable. it was sad that what I had chosen before our visit from the menu on the internet was not available. we will return.

We received a warm welcome and were seated at the requested table. The atmosphere was charming, and the staff was friendly. We will definitely be returning. The food was also delicious.

We enjoyed our Sunday roasts, which were excellent. However, the portions were too large for senior citizens and a smaller option should be offered. The service and staff were excellent. We will definitely be returning soon.

Easy booking with The Fork. Welcoming friendly staff and lovely environment. Well kept bitter on tap. Food was really tasty with great sized portions. My only issue was way too much dressing on my super salad which was overpowering. Looking forward to trying the desserts next time.

since the opening after the lock they apologized for not having a vegan specific menu. However, there was a handful option, including on the particulars. we had homemade falafelses in a tomato sauce and then butternut cucumber. both are excellent. I also saw moving mountain burger as option.

I visited here for a family member special opportunity and I chose it the only vegan. I am not the biggest fan of vintage inns, as I feel, they have the most basic start menu with the token vegan options of falafel and a vegan curry that are overpriced. eating is best on average with limited pudding options and the service, just like other vintages I visited, is very slow.

We were able to get a table at the restaurant and were greeted right away. We ordered our meals and were very satisfied with them. My partner got the pate with homemade broth, which came with two generous pieces of pate but only two small pieces of slightly roasted bread, which wasn't enough for the amount of pate. I ordered the fish cakes, which were delicious, but the Hollandaise sauce ran out before I finished the dish. I think a little more sauce would have made the meal perfect.

The food was well prepared but, as on our last visit, it was not hot enough. We asked for it to go in a microwave oven to be reheated but even then when it was returned to the table it was only luke warm. Such a shame as the food was very tasty. The sticky toffee pudding and custard was not hot enough and nor were the coffees at the end of the meal. The staff were pleasant and they work very hard in a busy shift. The food is excellent. It just needs to be served at the right temperature!
