Note: It is part of the German Michelin Guide From the appetizers to the Entrees, just follow the recommendations of the owner, Mr. Burkard! The menu changes periodically and the peculiarities of the day are always excellent!!! From wilderness to fish, the whole food is absolutely first-class! Note: If you are in the area in April, you must come and try the local asparagus!!!! The season lasted only 4-5 weeks. Good wine selection, but again, follow Burkard's suggestions! While from the beaten path (approximately 80km from Dortmund) is worth the detour!!! fantastic! no empty promises, but a thoroughly thought-out concept convince on a clear line! Simpel,but ohoo.Callow leather? authentic, and especially not so typical Venetian. cure royal? yes, champagne acid made noticeable, slightly disturbing, but nevertheless easy to travel!It could be changed to the deco to remove the slightly religious character. for several months we have been eating here regularly and this point has always been perceived negatiw, although subliminarily.The team is generally very friendly and open for excitements and talks, but also for exchange with other cultures, such as the Turkish overall a full recommendation for lovers of fine cuisine.
