"Excellent Asian restaurant in Port Ambonne which delighted our taste buds every evening of our stay in Cap d 'Agde. We were able to enjoy several specialties such as the superb Vietnamese Bobun, the invigorating ginger chicken, its sweet pineapple version, the very famous tiger tears skewers and their excellent tamarind sauce, the Thai beef tartare with lemongrass, the crispy homemade pork spring rolls, and the tasty beef samosas with their curry note. A little extra white rice, or sticky rice for fun, and the dish was perfect! WHAT A TREAT ! For dessert, a little freshness with fresh or flambéed pineapple, a cup of lychee for the reasonable, while gourmets will be in heaven tasting the coconut flan (lactose-free! or will immediately find themselves in a sunny street in Southeast Asia while crunching the banana chocolate spring rolls : In short, we (unfortunately haven 't been able to try everything, but we are certain that it is impossible to be disappointed. Especially with products of such quality, fresh, with real meats and so well prepared, and for more than reasonable prices and copious portions. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the welcome even more so, and the restaurant is decorated with taste and sobriety. On Friday and Saturday evenings, a DJ provides the atmosphere while guaranteeing you the opportunity to chat with your neighbor, and above all with varied musical choices appropriate to meal times. It is also possible to take meals to go. Very nice experience, go there with your eyes closed <3"

"We were strolling around the old port and stumbled across this restaurant by chance. After the hustle and bustle of the main port and numerous restaurant and loud music- this was an oasis of calm where you could hear the sea and relax. We first...though we would just have a drink as the out side is most unprepossessing , just like a bar/ cafe, however, once we saw the food coming out for others we asked for a menu. They do a selection of about tapas dishes, razor clams in garlic butter, meat balls in tomato, scallops and prawn brochettes, white bait, omelette , a potato dish, a ham dish, squid, spicy chicken wings etc, each at each dish serves all beautifully served on slates or funky dishes . The chips also available are the best ever! So crispy and homemade and are served with tomato mayo. There is also a set menu, either or courses for a set price, dishes was about I think and you can mix and match all the starters and man courses . There was scallop Mille fuille , tuna tartar starters all beautifully presented and would not be out of place in a top restaurant never mind a stand alone place at the end of a quite quay! The cafe gourmand dessert with a shot of espresso in a glass plus other mini desserts was really good and everyone had it after seeing others eat it. The waitress was charming and the service was relaxed which is what we wanted. The restaurant is right on the water and we all had fun watching a boat in front of the tables getting ready to set sail. A perfect afternoon, unexpectedly quality food and presentation. Access is all on one level with a disabled toilet up a slope into the main restaurant . There is plenty of parking the other side of the port, and disabled bays available and you can get a wheel chair right round the port easily."
