"A beautiful hotel at the entrance to Meran. The rooms are very nice. The bathroom is very modern and has a pretty, slightly nostalgic touch with the wooden mirror. Everything is very clean! The food was sensational. Everything was freshly prepared. The service staff is very professional and extremely friendly. The restaurant has a very well-kept garden with various lounges. I got here a little early in the afternoon. The manager gave me a friendly welcome and helped me carry my luggage to my room. I would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone!"

"You can eat very well here, but unfortunately it's a bit too expensive. The place is beautifully situated. The rooms are very nice with natural wood. Unfortunately we were very disappointed that there was no service at breakfast! Nobody greeted you in a friendly manner and asked you what you would like to drink we found this a shame.
