"A new restaurant or more correctly an old that has had a complete makeover! Les S.... Has benefited from a refurb that brings it bang up to date, with an open kitchen and style that flatters this old stone building. The menu is short and...seasonal, the pricing is geared around how many courses you have so adopts a set price/menu approach. For my main I had Partridge on a bead of cabbage and ham which was perfectly cooked my wife had the beef on a bead of wild mushrooms which to call it tender would be doing it a serious disservice it was melt in the mouth... Courses that surrounded the main were equally good. The wine list includes all of the Cru's and I would say is fairly priced. We are well, we booked for a return visit with friends. Another good Beaujolais eatery within a 10km radius of us! I wish it every success!"
