"Very big disappointment. An unpleasant server who looks down on you without even saying hello, without even giving cards during installation. While people who arrived later are provided with cards. The waiter who spills wine when serving it and doesn't even apologize. Simply inedible truffles. We report it at the end of the meal, they inquire in the kitchen and yes the cook tells the waiter that he mixed it incorrectly in his dish and as a result they served the burnt part of the base of the dish without it bothering them. How can you serve such dishes for such a highly rated restaurant? Odd.. We would have liked something other than a digestive as a commercial gesture. 3 out of 6 plates were returned full and nothing else was offered to compensate. Not even a small dessert for the 3 people extremely disappointed with this restaurant in which none of us will set foot again."

"we ate on December 20 to 22 people and were served efficiently with the smile the speed of professionalism. the plates were well erect and tasteful. of this fact we came to 4 for the awakening of the holy Sylvester. all staff have been smiling efficient, quick and effective attention. the very good and very correct menu in price. we spent a pleasant awakening in conviviality. colourful place, small parking in flat, easy access and suitable for people with disabilities. We'll go back."

"This is a chain, so what’s true here may not true elsewhere. Apart from the beer; apparently the recipe is the same in all their outlets, the ingredients are the same, just the water (and the ambiance) makesthe difference.But this is not a Brit pub, it’s a restaurant. Yes, you can sit at the bar. But generally, you are served 'à table'. And whilst the attention 'à table' is (mostly) what you’d expect, you struggle to get attention if you’re just drinking the beer.I ate here one night, I just supped beer the second. I can say that my meal the first night was adequate, no more. But the beer … as an Englishman who loves his Brit beer living in France (where they do not know what good beer is), I can say quite categorically (OK, in my view …) that this is the best beer in France.There, I’ve said it all: don’t go here for the food (though it’s quite acceptable), go here for the beer."

"Very disappointed with my visit yesterday afternoon during checkout where the waiter, who is very tall, was very unpleasant with a little granny, to whom he asked if the meal went well. She kindly told him that the meat was tough, he told her that he should have told her and that he would have changed it, but the grandmother told him that she did not want to make him change it again. time because it wasn't the first time, and she preferred to tell him nicely than to give bad publicity. You are only a chain and cannot control the regularity of the quality of the meats, it is not easy so do not brag about being the best, rather say that she came across a bad lot, that is more courteous... I've had the problem before too so don't say it doesn't happen. Also tell your boss that instead of going on TV to invest money in anything, that he trains you to be pleasant with customers! "We were staying in the hotel next door so there was always a good chance they would get our business. We wearily sat down with our kids after a day of driving. They took so long to even bring the menu that I got up and brought myself a bottle of water, then I heard the waiters joking to themselves about how I must have thought it was self service. Perhaps they didn't think I understood, they still didn't bring us the menu for a while. The food was pretty good when it came, My wife and I had a steak, my son picked over their kids burger. Not the most amazing examples we'd tasted, but certainly not the worst either. Again when we asked for the bill it seemed like they took an age to come. The children quickly grew impatient but the staff didn't get it. What a shame about the shoddy service. I would probably avoid this place in future if returning to the hotel next door. There are lots of other restaurants around, some we have eaten in, and none so rude!"

"We've arrived, great welcome, adorable staff. We had a great evening, whether drinks, cocktails, snacks were great, especially the rosette that was really more than excellent! On the other hand, unfortunately 3 stars, because it is non-smoking and it is perfect for us for example who are non-smoking. MAIS from 20h/20h30 the smoker terrace is filled and suddenly at every door opening smoke comes back and it becomes very problematic to breathe. So that smoke comes in, some tables smoke electronic cigarettes while it’s forbidden! But they don't get to see each other because the smoke already presents it goes unnoticed practically. (Or then servers don't see that kind of person who doesn't respect the rule) This is really the negative point of my evening. With my friend we went to drink our third glasses elsewhere and finish a snack because the smoke was really very unpleasant for us, non-smokers."

"Where to start... We were out of the cinema it was 9:00, not a big world in the room and already 10 minutes waiting to have a table place. We order a cocktail, after 5min the waitress returns to see us ... there are no more. Result 15min to have a cocktail, more than banal. Add the price to this: €7.30 for a cocktail without alcohol! That’s expensive. Then our burgers arrive and then there... Honestly I have never seen such a small burger of my life in a restaurant. Even the burgers we buy at Leclerc are bigger. They do not even make an effort to visually fill the plate. What would it cost to add a little salad on the side? There you just have a tiny burger in the middle of a board with a frozen fried horn not well filled either. All for a minimum of 15€ the plate which shame. There are so many restaurants a little further that are at the same price for twice as much quantity and a higher quality Because there frankly frozen fries that have the same taste as in the McDo is a shame. To stop the carnage we didn’t take dessert, anyway given the prices... 5€ for 2 ice balls brand Carte d’Or ... I just went to see on Leclerc’s drive: the barquette Carte d’Or costs 2,83€ the 472g So more than 5€ we have almost 1Kg of ice in Leclerc. The Hippopotamus is therefore a beautiful margin! We better understand the ridiculously small size of burgers and no salad next to ... we have to save money In short if this restaurant has to make so many savings as close It was a first time and of course I will not come back"

"Roman mr, I'm sorry to have left a negative opinion on the hotel restaurant campanile, but it must be recognized that the meal was mediocre, for the billing I did not benefit from any discount on your part since we were 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and that at 30€ the menu we paid 120€!!! I asked if there was a possibility of having a child menu we were told that it was not possible! and for the room we did not sleep at home, you do not make the family rooms!!!! I have nothing to say about your team that welcomed us very well!!"

"First time for us on Sunday, October 10 at noon. I had a prioris because it is a restaurant chain, but I admit I was very pleasantly surprised already the setting, beautiful spacious and clear restaurant room with beautiful furniture. The menu is rather envious, pizzas are delicious well-stocked, with quality products, good tomato sauce, great mozzarella and very good and delicious charcuterie, the more dough is not drunk. We chose a Regina without mushroom for my companion and a 3 Salumi for me. We loved each other... and we were served quickly. The desserts are also very good, my darling was tempted by the chocolate mousse Mamamia and me by a tiramisu Del Arte (the classic at coffee. It's not the best I can taste, but it's very good anyway. Also a great positive point for the kir to Proseco Martini at maturity, just a pleasure. All right, we didn't regret our release. In short, we loved everything, from place to meal to reception, very friendly staff. We're back without hesitation!"
