"So, now we were once again on the second Christmas holiday at the Schwarzwirt in Bayerdilling at dinner. Like two years ago! When I parked, I realized that the place will be filled to the last place. No problem, maybe you had learned from it after the disaster two years ago. Unfortunately, we were taught a better one. At 12:00 we had reserved the table. At 12:05 a.m. the food order and beverages were already included. You probably thought everyone had already chosen. After just 15 minutes, the soups came. There was nothing to see about drinks in the first half hour. Then for a long time nothing happened and from 13:30 the first dishes were served at our tables. At 13:40 a.m. I stopped my main course as my appetite had passed. At 13:43 my main course was then served, which I left to go back on the ground that after over a half hours of appetite had passed. Unfortunately, there was no excuse from the very friendly staff to hear about this, but: that's normal! Here I have another expectation. I had actually expected the host to come and toss what was going on! No sign! Maybe you should just keep the room closed and, if you don't have the capacity (kitchen/abundance), accept less reservations. Less is sometimes more! It can't be that some of them are ready at the table with their main course, and others haven't even got the food! This is how every festive mood passes. I realize that Bon is being processed for Bon, but if children have to wait for a simple carving (because of the frying) or for a plate of late zle with sauce up to 1:50 hours, this is not portable. Incidentally, the food (shows of the table guests) was again excellent. Conclusion: On holidays you should avoid the place. Except you bring a lot of patience!"
