"Very disappointed with the benefits. Couple meal, menu at 28 euros. In the entrance, pork foot served unselfish, the covers are not changed after entry. If you choose the foie gras in entry there is a supplement of 5 €. As a chocolate dessert, the cabbage was very soft. Menu too expensive compared to the products offered, on the other hand, Sarlat was very good. Very disappointed."

"So, my brother lives near here and over the years has visited many times, decided it was to be the venue for my final lunch before returning to the UK. Looked on TripAdvisor and google and information seemed a bit confused but decided to go...anyway he had always found it good and a great venue. When we arrived he said it’s obviously changed hands, we were not sure what to expect. A single double sided laminated sheet was presented for drinks/wine with a second sheet for food. I thought oh fast good cafe, (but I am rather traditional). In the end we chose the chefs suggestion off the specials board, two courses for both included fois gras which is a favourite of mine. When the starter arrived we were stunned. A grilled escalope of fois gras perfect summer vegetables and clear light vegetable broth. Amazing! Never had fois gras this way but perfect for lunch on hot day. The rest of the meal was equally perfect and was matched by the service. The restaurant only reopened days ago and with the quality of food, presentation and service deserve every success. Can’t wait to come back- the only disappointment was it was as the last day of my visit."
