"restaurant pizzeria on the outskirts of bubble, at the border of Paderno dugnano. the menu offers a selection of pizzas from Neapolitan school and a kitchen with a strong orientation to the puglia. we opted for the kitchen. push a lot on products such as Apulian mozzarella, the stracciatella always mozzarella. I took two ducks, a mixed and marinated mussels. the mixture was discreet even if little cooked. the good but disappointing mussels from the quantitative point of view than presentation: a dozen mussels distributed in a flat dish, rather than, as I expected, a beautiful coconut full of mussels in their broth. then, a dish of spaghetti with mussels with taralli crumble, with datterini. good, but little balanced, too many spaghetti compared to the rest. taken a plate of bombettes with stracciatella: Well, the bombs, but the strip aside was untied. a tiramisu to the discreet but not soaked pistachio. good offer of aperitif and limoncello at the end of the meal. on the table next to the pizza counter we witnessed the show of preparation: very attractive and appetizing, we will definitely come back to try them. average prices, about 30€ per person. a valid proposal, especially with regard to the poor offer in the territory of bubbles. dignified."
