"... nothing special. we were on a short trip in Boltenhagen and wanted to eat something to the evening, in a good Italian ristorant. Since we did not want to take any risk here in Bolenhagen, in the still abundant ristoranti (5 pieces we had seen) regarding quality, we informed ourselves on the basis of more recommendations. on this way, we were then recommended as favorit the ‘Trattoria Italia’.The situation of the ‘Ristorante pizzeria trattoria Italia’, regarding the beach and the city center, is not bad, as the ‘Trattoria Italia’ is only about approx. 100 m from the beach promenade, i.e. centrally in the east sea bath boltenhagen. a few meters further, there is the “Eiscafé Venezia” belonging to the ristorante, with tasty ice, cakes and cakes.The ristorante itself is located in a corner house and has a very large surrounding outdoor terrace, with a lot green in the environment. in the entrance area is located on the left side theke, with subsequent pizza-stone oven, where you could watch the pizza cook during his work. the branched restaurant area, with niche, natural stone walls and arcs in Italian architecture, radiates immediately a southern charm and Mediterranean flair. as well, one introduces itself to a trattoria (food local) in italy. the restaurant was already very well visited this evening, in the area of the large window front and the access area. which is always a sign for us that eating must also be good. as it is well known that so many guests cannot be mistaken, where they taste and where there is also a good value for money. we had ordered two typical Italian dishes. on the one hand, they were a “Pizza 4 Stagioni” for 9,90.- € and on the other hand “band noodles with filet lace forest mushrooms and parmesan strips” for 12,20.- €. Both dishes were not cheap, in comparison to the Italian pizzerias we know. but we didn't regret it either. the food has tasted us, was served quickly and it was also sufficient.The service was friendly, but from the attentiveness, still viable. Conclusion: who loves a high quality Italian cuisine is not right in the “Trattoria Italia” East Sea Bath Boltenhagen, but who is looking for a good, grounded Italian with good eating in well-kept hospitality, we can kick the “Ristorante pizzer”"
