"We adults have eaten very tasty at night (with aperitif, main and dessert and were served extremely attentive and friendly. For the children there was no card, but the waitress called a selection (without prices). The children wanted spaghetti with butter and parmesan and additionally carrots. We were asked if a large or small portion, but after the girls are 6 and 7 years old, the small portion was recommended. Unfortunately, the girls were not fed at all and we had to reorder noodles. We were then served an invoice with prices that have simply beaten the language: small portion of noodles 9,50 EUR 1,50 EUR Parmesan 3,00 EUR carrots and this time 4 because we finally reordered noodles. Say noodles for the children who were totally cooked for 50 EUR!!! When we talked about it when paying, the boss came to us at the table and loudly (the whole restaurant listened to it! realized that we are not eating enough here, as with McDonalds and the service just cost, and we could have ordered a large portion from the start. A clear statement, but this restaurant never sees us again! The price, the sound a no Go! The side table had a different problem and was also literally screamed by the boss. Unfortunately, this behavior of the leadership cannot compensate the super nice service personnel. It is good that many tourists only come once and then again new... PS: Even as with reservations is handled, there is already an oversight. We've reserved in the evening. On the day of the reservation we were called on the mobile phone and I did not arrive on holiday my mobile phone permanently so that I was allowed to listen to a mailbox message: if we do not log back until 16 h, the reservation would be due. Huh?? I've reserved a day before, and then I've got a statement. The aggressivity is moving..."
