"Set on the high Street but behind you is the sea and beach. It's a dog friendly pub which is great for us. You can sit on the lower terrace or the upper terrace, which when open has a bar up there as well. We opted to sit inside, and first to be served was our dog with a bowl of water. Staff so friendly. We opted for simple fish and chips but a small portion. Food was good, service good. Price wise, very reasonable at £7.95..Opted for a pint of Stowford cider and the whole lot was just over £20. All in all a nice place to drop in"

"Treated myself to a chippy tea tonight. Chips, sausage, onion rings and curry sauce. DELISH!!! Everything was freshly cooked and still piping hot when I got home. The staff are brilliant and there 's a great little 'Bottle Bar ', next-door where you can have a drink if there 's a bit of a wait. Nice 1 to Liz and her team!
