"Bar Colmean is the kind of restaurant I love and look for. Bar Colmean is a real catering business hidden in a context that if you don't know, it's almost impossible to find. I enjoyed the spontaneity and the sympathy of the owner but there are points I would recommend to change. If a customer orders water and wine, I would like to have a glass for water and one for wine. The noodles were a little poor in quantity, I would propose some extra noodles to customers. Then, on the manager's advice, I took their strong plate ie pumpkin roll and cutting. So, the cutting and pumpkin did not feel absolutely, and the same opinion expressed my friend. Another negative note the fact that inside this first dish there was speck. I'm a vegetarian and no one had informed me of this ingredient. Being a vegetarian of broad views and understanding, I took out the meat and did not make so many stories but of course I did not appreciate. All other story for seconds. Chestnut, cooked cheese, very good and well cooked pastins. The outlines, like tomatoes, zucchini, roasted potatoes and polenta were delicious. Sweets. Space. The grappas. Fantastic. It feels and feels when the ingredients are fresh, genuine and zero km. All high quality. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the service, the lack of a simple glass from water, the mention of all the ingredients of the dishes and the cost for me a little excessive of a piece of cooked cheese or a single pastin to 8 euros. Overall, however, I recommend the Bar Colmean for the view, authenticity and fresh produce. If they improved the three points I mentioned earlier, it would be a dream club."
