"Absolutely fantastic, the best and only way to describe the food, service and atmosphere. We went out for Sunday lunch, and from the moment we entered to time we left everything was brilliant. We had a lovely table right in front of the fire, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, the beef was perfectly cooked and the vegetables the same. I would highly recommend the Church Mouse and will most definitely be going back again and again."

"My party was the only one in the restaurant on a Wednesday night, but the service was still excellent. We ordered starters and mains, along with plenty of wine. The Amatriciana dish was fantastic, although my friend did not enjoy her Carbonara. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were reasonable. Overall, the price per person ranged from £20 to £30. I would give the food a rating of 4, the service a rating of 5, and the atmosphere a rating of 4."

"We had crêpes and waffles. Very enjoyable. Only thing yo nit pic at was the milk shakes don't look like they do online but the kids still loved them. Big thumbs up. Parking: Only a few parking bays on the street, not sure where nearest car park is. Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly great staff and some children's pictures and art on the wall. Nice deco. "Great location and nice feel to the pub. We have been a couple of times before and the food has been fine. This time it took a long time to be served, the staff were working hard, just didn't seem there was enough of them to meet demand. The food itself was OK, standard Sunday dinner ... Probably will not go back on a Sunday, a shame because we like the place and the staff ..."
