"Bravo to takashi kinoshita and his brigade...I don't understand why such a chef has no stars yet...The tasting menu that we enjoyed has blown me up...I'm still accustomed to going down to some of the stars for many years. But what I ate last Saturday left me without a voice...An exceptional mastery of meat and fish cooking, an acute sense of flavors, spices and herbs. An exceptional meal... Only (all) small flat: this restaurant has a pastry. desserts were that good, but nothing breathtaking like my salty dishes could be...Bravo chef."
