They have an amazing offer on Friday nights where they will deliver within Coventry for free £12 for one course, £16 for two courses, £20 for three courses, £2 steak supplement). I decided on the regular menu, but they are also running a festive menu for the same price, although I'm not sure which days this can be delivered. My housemate and I shared halloumi fry starter, then I had steak and chips for main with crumble for pudding, while she had the beefburger for a main. I was worried that the food wouldn't be good because it had travelled, but I needn't have worried. It hadn't stayed hot, but it came packaged in microwavable containers mainly paper and cardboard based except that the sauces came in plastic). After a quick blast in the microwave, the food was almost as good as if it had been served up in the restaurant. I asked for my steak to be cooked a little more rare than usual, and that was a good idea, as my medium rare steak was definitely medium by the time I ate it. Nonetheless, it was perfectly cooked and easily cut with an ordinary table knife, which I think says a lot. My housemate confirmed that the burger was very tasty, too. Same for the starter and the pudding. It all came with sides salad, onion rings, tomato, coleslaw, custard etc. All in all, a great experience which was a real treat for us and great value.
