As the others rushed to get the movie tickets, I ended up paying the bill, which took an additional 10 minutes to process. This made me late for the film, which was frustrating and detracted from the overall experience.
On a positive note, the manager kindly removed the second pitcher from our bill without mentioning it, which was a nice gesture since we hadn’t consumed much of it. I don’t want to come off as overly critical of the staff, as they were all very friendly and accommodating. Perhaps just a bit more efficiency could enhance the experience?"
