"atmosphere: modern, bright, beautiful view in the harbour or harbour the grimmershörnbuch (depending on where you sit)...less tables in the local and yet a few more in the subsequent winter garden (which is often used for events)Service: fast, friendly, attentively feed: first to the drinks, the restaurant titles itself with bierlocal, but the separate beer card does not have particularly many or exceptional beers, but rather four wheat beer varieties, so to the foods: there is a reasonable selection of soups, appetizers, meat and fish dishes, only the dessert selection is not very large with one to two suggestions. we tried steaks and the fish plate. the fish plate, as well as the other fish dishes as well as the carving variations and also the burgers are priced in order. the steaks are already high-priced. the price of the steak is then added to the price of the supplement. so you come with a small steak, pommes, pfeffersoße and salat on about 23 euro and a big steak with pommes, pfeffersoße and salat on about 26 euro. the quality of the steaks and the supplements was good, especially the small salat was great for its 4,50 euro relatiw, fresh and tasty and there was a piece of bread to it (very tasty)!. the fish plate, on the other hand, was unfortunately a little fad, but overall okay. So whoever stays close can give this locally quiet visit. However, who wants to go to eat a good steak does not have to visit this charge because of the price performance! (yes we stayed there on a Thursday evening, it is recommended to reserve in the week due to the few seats)"

"Zeche: 77 € General: We visited the Italian restaurant Fontana di Trevi during previous Cuxhaven stays and had a good memory. She was not saddened by the recent visit. The Fontana di Trevi is a popular address on the way from the seaside resorts to the Lotsenviertel of Cuxhaven. On the Pentecost Sunday evening, the restaurant was occupied at about 20:00 to three quarters, but there were still some reservation marks on the free tables. The audience mixed, also some regular guests who provide personal reception. The Fontana di Trevi offers a solid kitchen. I want to set the price-performance ratio to good three stars. Also in the Fontana di Trevi there is a moderate touring effect that I am animating with food. Fontana di Trevi does not offer any website. Service: It is done by a male waiter with an Italian phenotype and a blonde German who also infiltrates Italian. Both dressed black and white, attentive and friendly. When serving, they like to bring a strong pepper mill and offer a neat pinch of black pepper. The waiting times for drinks short, for the dishes pleasant. Worth four stars. On request there was a good Marsala on the house. Beverage prices: Pilstrinker must surprise for 0.3 l 2,50 €, water drinkers for 0.75 l San Pellegrino 5,20 €, open red and white wines are for the quarter at 4,70 €. My well drinkable Primitivo di Manduria was calculated for half a liter with 9,00 €. A common price level. Food: The map offers the Italian minimum standard, supplemented by high-quality meat dishes (cab, beef fillet, homemade noodles, scampi; Salmon, Zander and Steinbeißer stand for the Pesce Group. From the kitchen we have a larger, thick slice of white bread with tomato cubes. Bruscetta I would not call this too little taste (no garlic and bread too thick, not roasted and already soaked properly. That would be much better. There was this bread back to the appetizers, five slices. Inclusively dense in dough and heavy. No real crust. Certainly a high-quality wheat bread, but not our case. Salt and pepper mills, bottles with acetobalsamico and olive oil were prepared. The cattle carpaccio for 11,80 € with Parmesan and Rucola was good. The portion size can be overlooked with a view of the price. My mushrooms filled with spinach were served with a cream gogonzolas sauce. The sauce is still good to taste. Here is also a portion size that can be overlooked for 9,00 €. The pizza with Parmaschinken, Rucola and Parmesan was medium and well covered with ham. Also the pizza base (dough, tomato sauce have convinced. Price €9.50. My Seppia Livornese (16,50 €) came to the plate in a very spicy tomato sauce with remarkable cap flavor and good portion size. With the supplements (potatoes, green beans, salad a very successful dish. The food has tasted us well and deserves four stars. Ambiance: The Fontana di Trevi begins closely with a table row parallel to the large vault, which is placed in the entrance area and then expands in a U-shape. It is bright and in warm colours accentuated by the incoming evening sun. Occasionally the red plate. The walls yellow with some decoration (mirror, relief). The tables are generous for two people, four of which are narrow. The routes are generous. Overall, you can keep it well in the Fontana di Trevi. Cleanliness: All well maintained, including the abortion for the drinking gentlemen."

"The Valentine's Day represents something very special for many couples in love, and so this day has been celebrated for many years and shamelessly exploited by the (flowers) industry. I have also come to temptation many years ago and have bought my wife completely overpriced cut flowers, which have finally landed on the compost after not even a week. We don't give anything on this day, the little gestures and gifts throughout the year make a happy relationship. The only ritual we have been maintaining on this day for many years is the visit to a gastronomy. It should not be the village pub around the corner, but it can be a good restaurant on this day. Since we were again on Valentine's Day for our winter holiday in Cuxhaven, I had to look for a suitable gastronomy. Google and GG were helpful here, and so I quickly came to the restaurant “sea terraces” right behind the dike at the seaport. The reviews here as well as on the net were mostly positive, and so we had to test this once. The table reservation worked excellently on the restaurant website, a confirmation email came after a short time. Valentine's night was safe. Lake terraces Cuxhaven in the dusk With the mobile base it went to the restaurant, parking is available enough before. On the way to the restaurant, the view over the dike grazes on the world shipping path, the sailor and the ferry port of Cuxhaven. From here you have a good view towards ball beacon. The restaurant was still quite orphaned at our entrance shortly after 6:00, but the Reserved signs pointed to the tables but to which it is still full tonight. So it happened, the restaurant was finally occupied to the last place, and guests who had not reserved had to be sent back by then. View over the dike to the harbor We were greeted by a friendly young gentleman and led to our place in the back of the restaurant. The house or restaurant is semi-circular, at each window there is a table. A small empire in the interior houses further places. Guest room on the Empore Large tables provide enough space for the food, on the wide, soft padded leather chairs you sit very pleasant. The restaurant is modern, decorated with style elements from the cruise as well as with photos from the old Cuxhaven. A pleasant, secret atmosphere. Unfortunately, the incoming darkness destroyed us the view of the lake, but the passing lights announced the merciful driving on the world shipping path to Hamburg. The young gentleman handed us the big menu, lit the candle on the table and removed discreetly. So we were able to pick up our drinks first, the food was only briefly, but the selection was very lush. After a few minutes had passed, we were politely asked if we already had a drink request. Menu Yes, we had, and so we ordered as drinks: · 1x 0.4ér Jever Pilsner for 4.80 € · 1x 0.4ér KiBa for 4.60 € · 1x 0.2ér Thomas Henry Tonic Water for 2.90 € · 1x 0.2ér storm wine Aprilweather from the winery Sturm from the Palatinate for 6.50 € Now we could devote ourselves to the menu, because until the drinks were almost 10 minutes. We were now safe, and so we ordered: As appetizers: · 1x carrots ginger soup as a day soup for 5,00 € · 1x fish soup sea terraces – a clear fish soup with vegetables, fish inlay and house bread for 7.50 € As main dishes: · 1x band noodles „vegetarisch“ with cherry tomatoes, pies and pies A common Valentine's Day. I was delighted that I was able to do this again with a Nordic beer, the tasty and really nice herb Jever Pilsner. mmmmh delicious Frisian herb Jever Pilsner There were still Radeberger Pils from home to choose from, but at Jever Pils my decision was immediately fixed. My wife's dry Pinot, who calls himself a stormy wine in April, was also a very rich wine. Even the KiBa KirschBanane juice was neatly mixed, which really only a few guest roses get really good. Both juices were clearly separated from each other. Now we thought that we had enough time for our drinks to let the day revue happen, but far missed, because already after 5 minutes our two preliminary sheds were on the table. That's okay, because I think the soups are already ready in the pot in the kitchen waiting for the guests. My wife had opted for the carrots ginger soup, which was offered today as a day soup. On a large, deep plate, a strong yellow/orange soup was served here. The soup was coarsely spiced and slightly sharp, and today delighted her palate, although she had to watch the temperature of the soup not to brew it. Just delicious. Carrot ginger soup as a day soup I had opted for the fish soup sea terraces. A steaming hot and clear fish soup was served in a closed ceramic pot. Fish soup Seeterrasses In the strong tasty brew there were small cut vegetables made of carrot and porridge as well as abundant fish inlay made of salmon and cod. Two large shrimps were the icing of soup. The fresh house bread, rather baguette, was butter soft, the crust beautifully pink. A great fish soup I haven't had for a long time. Fish soup Sea terraces – a clear fish soup with vegetables, fish inlay and house bread plentiful fish inlay A quarter of an hour later our main dishes were already served. There the kitchen has really started to prepare immediately after our order. The band noodles “vegetaric” had chosen our big ones today. A large bowl with bite-resistant noodles, refined with fresh cherry tomatoes and spicy, homemade pesto were served. Many leaves of fresh rocket brought additional spices into the dish. By the pesto, however, the band noodles were slightly oily, but fortunately kept within limits. Band noodles “vegetarian” with cherry tomatoes, homemade pesto and rocket My wife had wanted the North Sea Limandes. This was fried as 3 large filets, where the kitchen caught the Limandes on the point. The fillet was wonderfully soft, the case slightly pink. Although Limandes is less powerful in its own taste, the mild aroma of the Limande came to fruition here. The frying potatoes as with nuts with bacon and onions, slightly spicy and cherry roast. Easily refined with parsley, so delicious. As a sauce to fish my wife could choose between Hollandaise, Remoulade, decomposed butter and mustard sauce. She chose the homemade Remoulade, which was ultimately a good decision. The Remoulade was placed in a glass, was creamy and mild spicy, simply delicious. The salad served corresponded to the season and consisted of fresh tomatoes, peppers, onion and rocket, refined with croutons. Top. North Sea Limandesfilet roasted with roasted potatoes, remoulade and salad I wanted to try something else today, and decided for the cod from the oven. In a large gussein-iron pan, several strong fillets from cod were served here, which were prepared with mildly boiling salt potatoes, fresh, halved mushrooms and small quartered tomatoes. Cod from the oven with salt potatoes, pimientos, champignons, tomato and goat cheese on top then baked with plenty of goat cheese. Several pimientos, small green, still immature paprikaschotes, gave the whole a special, certain piff. the Pimientos The cod was so tender that he collapsed during cutting. The spicy sauce harmonized wonderfully to the whole dish. I decided correctly, and here was something completely different with fish. Delicious. We were very happy with our food. In the meantime, the young man came past the table again and again and wondered if everything was okay. Thus one could order one or the other beverage order in time. He was supported by several young ladies who did nothing to him in kindness and service. This chain and friendly way I experienced last time a year ago on our cruise with one of the Hapag Lloyd ships. Here, Chef Jan Fitter, who runs other restaurants in Cuxhaven, has set up an unlikely great team. Our conclusion: We left €84.30 in the lake terraces in Cuxhaven. This Valentine's Day was culinary once again. A great team, delicious food and the ambience, everything was just right. Full score of us. We'll be back next year."

"Our traditional winter holiday in the beautiful city of Otterndorf, not far from Cuxhaven, was back on. It also goes traditionally through the Cuxland during this one week. Even more traditional is the visit of a Greek restaurant on request of the children. So before GG the localities were checked and we parents wanted to get through with the Balkan cuisine this time. At first the children murren, but finally we were able to convince them with the online menu [here link]. The restaurant “Zum Park” doesn’t sound like Balkan cuisine, probably more bourgeois. But everything is available from Balkan specialities to traditional pan dishes to Argentinian steaks and regional fish. On our first holiday Saturday we were to the Brazilian carnival in Bremen, with a fantastic movement you should have seen. With drum ears we went to Cuxhaven on the late Saturday afternoon, as my girls did not want to wait until the evening bread in Bremen. So we went to the park in Cuxhaven on Saturday evening without a table reservation just before 6:00. The restaurant is located in the middle of the old town of Cuxhaven, not far from the castle Ritzebüttel. Parking is sufficient everywhere, even if I had a loudly strong dispute with a tour operator in front of the restaurant. I'm supposed to drive my car closer to me so he can come to the parking lot. Hello, my friend, a minute ago is a thick Bentley from this parking lot, and it's as thicker as your little... We drove directly to the restaurant and the tour operator left the venue of the event. Once in the restaurant we stood in the entrance area with about 20 other people. All had ordered and were placed. Since we didn't order, we wanted to send away regrets, but it didn't seem to please the boss. So it was recommended to look at the restaurant and the order book, and finally we could offer a table but had to be ready at 8:00. We didn't want to. So we were guided through the robust restaurant, and we could sit in the huge conservatory, which offers plenty of space for 50 people and has its own bar. The conservatory is very bright and decorated with abundant plants. The furniture in the restaurant and in the conservatory modern and pleasant. Here you can comfortably spend a few hours. Shortly after we had taken place, the Grandmadame gave us the grandmother of the family the menu, menu and a few minutes later Juniorcheffe came back to the table and picked up the beverage order. My girls ordered a KiBa apple juice and a Kiba for 2,30 €, carafe plavac, dry quality wine from Macedonia for 4,10 €. Krombacher Pils I ordered my traditional Pils, here from Krombacher for 4,30 € half litre. The drinks came to us quickly and we could also deliver the order for the main dishes. Since we had eaten enough fish rolls and maritime delicacies in Bremen, we dispensed with an appetizer. Therefore, my great daughter Pola Pola ordered a porkpest, Cevapcici, with Djuwet shrines, Pommes frites, onions and a small salad for €10.50. My little daughter was already looking forward to the Pljeskavica in the car after “Art of the House” a paprika filled with sheep cheese, with Djuwet screaming and also a small salad for €12.50. My wife wished the “Zum Park Plate” with pork buckle, cattle hips, liver and chopstick with juwet screams, fries, onions and a small salad for €13,50. Since I love Cevapcici, the “Grillteller a la Chef” came to my place with pork aprons, pork carvings, Cevapcici, pork medals, cattle hills with Djuwet shrines, Pommes frites and a small salad for 14,50 €. As Tzatziki was missing from all foods, we also ordered a small dish Tzatziki from the appetizer menu for € 3.90. Plate Tzaziki for 3,90 € Only a few minutes after the order came the salad plates at our table. Salad plate to each plate This consisted of fresh cucumber and tomatoes, with inlaid red and white apron, on top a light dressing. The tomatoes are solid and tasty, the cucumbers are strong and juicy. The slightly acidic red and white herbal salad was also solid and “snorpsig”, so I didn’t know it yet. Delicious. Now a path of suffering began for my girls, who, if we had known this before, would not have to be, and we would definitely not have eaten here. Smoking was gradually started at the adjacent tables. Equipped with asthma and neurodermitis, this was the highest torment for my girls. I am surprised that this is still in the Federal Republic. There was nowhere, and when no other table was free and our dishes were already finished in the kitchen, we had to go through there. For me, it's incomprehensible that the smoker can't lift her fucking ass and get the fresh air out. Instead, regardless of others, it's hard to get. Even at tables where the children had eaten, the "old" were illuminated and the little ones and their guests were full. Luckily our dishes came to the table, and the fresh fried juice had at least something to do with the smoke. Pola Pola a pork spits, Cevapcici, with Djuwet cries, fries, onions and a small salad for 10.50 € The Pola Pola a pork spits, with Cevapcici, with Djuwet cries, Pommes frites, onions and a small salad for 10.50 € saw something micky on the large plate. Instead of Pommes there were on request my large potato balls that are pure wholesale goods. The Scavenger was equipped with large, grilled pig pieces. These were wonderfully tender and juicy. The Cevapcici also pleasantly fresh and wonderfully soft. Overall, it could have been a bit more, my big ones weren't really sick. Pljeskavica according to “art of the house” was a chop steak filled with sheep cheese, with Djuwet shria and also a small salad for 12.50 € The Pljeskavica according to “art of the house” was a paprika filled with sheep cheese, with Djuwet shrine and also a small salad for 12.50 € was a huge meat jam sheep, wonderfully juic. Just delicious so that the water comes together in my mouth. The Djuwet Shrine was pleasantly spicy and slightly pappy cooked. “Zum Park Platte” with pork buckle, beef hips, liver and chopstick with Djuwet shrines, fries, onions and a small salad for €13.50 The “Zum Park Platte” with pork buckle, beef hips, liver and chopstick with Djuwet shrine, fries, onions and a small salad for €13.50 my wife was very angry. The pork chop was pleasantly tender and juicy, the beef hills were grilled medium, the Velcro Steak also well grilled. Only the liver was shiny in some places. But that can be hurt. Add fresh, sharp onion and a sticky Ajvar. Pommes and rice disappeared under the mountain meat. My wife had made the right choice. “Grillteller a la Chef” with pork buckle, pork carvings, Cevapcici, pork medals, beef hips with juwet screams, fries and a small salad for 14,50 € My “Grillteller a la Chef” with pork buckle, pork schnitzel, Cevapcici, pork medals, beef hill with Djut The pork chop grows thoroughly, but pleasantly delicate and soft. The scavenger with large, grilled pig pieces and neatly grilled, but inside they were wonderfully tender and juicy. I can also report this for the pig medals. The cows for this were a little longer than medium-sized on my grill, so easy so ok. The Cevapcici is a dream again. Pleasantly seasoned, outside sharply grilled, inside still pleasantly juicy and soft. For the entire ensemble there was also a Klecks cauliflower as creamy vegetables. That wasn't quite right, but the cauliflower was close in the bite and with the cream sauce ok. Don't be so fit in court. Ajvar To all dishes there was a bowl of Ajvar that had a wonderful tomato and pleasantly sharp pepper taste. I didn't have such an Ajvar long. Delicious... Bernie Bo would have had his true pleasure. I'm sure! Our conclusion: Without ordering a table it is almost hopeless to get a seat here at the weekend. The Balkan cuisine offered is one of the best I had so far. Unfortunately, this restaurant direction is as good as not to be found in our Sächsische Gefilden. And Balkan cuisine is a beautiful competition for Greek cuisine. The staff at the “Zum Park” is flattering and friendly, on request the guests will try to board. Only the “Rauchersaloon” in the Conservatory disturbed us clearly and gives us a drop of points in the ambience and cleanliness. We will be happy to come back, but then only in the “right” restaurant. Yes, the tour driver came to the restaurant for a quarter of an hour. He seemed to have found a large parking lot for his bird."
