"Wir waren hier zum Mittagessen und haben beide das Mittagsmenü (Burger, Pommes oder Salat, Kaltgetränk und Heißgetränk) genommen. Die Burger kamen zügig und waren sehr gut. Salat war ebenfalls gut. Pommes waren normal. Getränke (Cola, Wasser) wurden in 0,33 Flaschen serviert. Der Cappucino danach war sehr gut and kam von Aussehen her auch aus einer professionellen Espressosiebträgermaschine.Von den Preisen ist es der Qualität entsprechend. Mit dem Mittagsangebot von Burgerpreis + 4,50 war es ein guter Preis. Ansonstens sind die Preise ca. 7 - 8,50 Euro für den Burger alleine, plus ca. 3 Euro für die Beilage. Getränke knapp 3 Euro. Kaffee so 2,50 - 3 Euro. Studenten bekommen 10% Rabatt.Es gibt einen Holzterasse zum draußen essen auf der wir waren und auch Sitzplätze innen. Einziges kleines Manko: Die Hauptstraße ist direkt daneben und etwas laut, es ging aber doch recht gut.Wir werden uns dieses Restaurant merken und hier gerne wieder essen gehen wenn wir wieder in Deggendorf sind."

"Seit mehr als drei Jahren sind wir im Sen regelmäßig zu Gast und von Anfang an begeistert von den so wunderbar authentischen Speisen, ob Sushi, Sashimi oder den vielfältigen sonstigen asiatischen Köstlichkeiten.Was wir heute an neuen Genußvarianten erleben durften, ist geradezu unglaublich!Chef und Chefin des Sen gelingt es tatsächlich, die Qualität, die Originalität und das Niveau der Speisen - insbesondere beim Sushiangebot - nochmals um deutliche Akzente zu steigern! Unglaublich!Erfreulich ist dazu noch, daß das Gastgeber-Ehepaar trotz voll besetzten Restaurants hier und da noch die Zeit findet für ein nettes Wort mit den Gästen. Das Personal ist zudem überaus aufmerksam und herzlich präsent.Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch."

"Das indische Lokal Shiva in der Pfleggasse hat nun bald 1 Jahr seine Pforten für Liebhaber der indisch/exotischen Küche in Deggendorf geöffnet.Weil alle Speisen/Gerichte so lecker sind, fällt die Auswahl meist schwer.Die mehr als umfangreiche Speisekarte hat für alle Vorlieben aufgeteilt nach Huhn, Lamm, Rind, Fisch & Garnelen sowie Ente etwas zu bieten. Angeboten werden zudem Tandoori-Grillspezialitäten aus dem Lehmofen sowie Biryanis-Reisspezialitäten. Vegetarier und Veganer haben die Qual der Wahl aus einer großen Auswahl an aromatischen Gerichten.Die hausgemachten Fladenbrotvarianten und die leckeren hausgemachten Nachspeisenkreationen, wie etwa die Mangocreme mit Vanilleeis oder das indische Mandelmilcheis runden das üppige Angebot ab.Meine persönlichen Lieblingsgerichte sind die Tandoori-Mix Grill Platte und die Thalis-gemischte Platten eine oder auch mehrere Personen.Der Service im Lokal ist ausgezeichnet, der Chef des Hauses ist seit vielen Jahren ein erfahrener Gastronom und von echter freundlicher Art.Manchmal wenn das Lokal sehr gut besucht ist, kann die Wartezeit etwas länger ausfallen, aber das Warten lohnt sich auch dann, weil die Qualität stimmt.Weiter so, bis zum nächsten Mal im SHIVA"

"Good Greek food! The staff is friendly, we didn't book but, even if the restaurant was quite full, they managed to find us a spot. The service is pretty fast and prices are not too expensive. Also, I am not keen on German food, so I was really happy to find this restaurant in Deggendorf. It was the first time I tried Greek cuisine and I enjoyed it. I would go back again!"

"hotel clean, beautiful large rooms, generally homely design and with unbeatable breakfast buffet.Pool outside is small but very fine, especially at night, as well as the sauna, the steam bath etc. here you just have to catch the right time where less is going.The location is perfect, in the middle of the city center, where there is a selection of many restaurants.We found something to be a pity for others. this is beautifully decorated and invites you to stay.With the personal we had rather little contact. if we would have liked to have a little warmer and more cared about the future than just getting the key card, it is very angled and you are actually constantly running .price for a weekend getaway top.We are happy to come back."

"It's okay but we basically avoided the place after our visit. We just wanted drinks to begin with but we're made to feel like the worse people ever, dispite others doing exactly the same thing. We got poor service from the older waitress who works there. In the end we ordered food because we were hungry and it was ok. However, the waitress was extremely rude and we difdid give her a tip in the end. We're giving a three star because the other waitress/waiters were good. Wouldn't be the first place I would recommend."

"On the whole, the quality of the food was acceptable for an event of this kind. The price of 9,90 € for a four-year-old child who was overwhelmed with a small portion of Latezle and a Schokopudding was rather not. Especially since the price was without drink. For a couple 49,00 € were calculated without drinks, because the portion of Spätzle and the pudding of our son would not have noticed."

"Als Erstes fällt einem die wirklich bezaubernde Einrichtung ins Auge. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.Service ist auch in Ordnung, auch wenn die Bedienung ein wenig unsicher war. Aber dennoch sehr nett.Als Vorspeise gab es ein Tartar, es schmeckte aber vorwiegend nach Tomate was aber erstaunlich gut zum Fleisch passte.Der Hauptgang war ein Rumpsteak - Medium gebraten - aber eigentlich eher ein bisschen zu durch, noch vertretbar. Es schmeckte sehr gut und auch das gebratene Gemüse bestand den Geschmackstest.Das Menü rundete das Schokoladentörtchen mit Vanilleeis ab. Das Törtchen war ein wenig zu trocken und leider ohne liquiden Kern. Trotzdem noch gut gelungen.Zusammenfassend, eine gelungene Vorstellung die das Vis a Vis hier abliefert.Weiterzuempfehlen!Der Brunch, den ich leider nicht probierte, sah sehr lecker aus!"

"I went with my couple to have lunch to the restaurant. As it was sunny we decided to stay in the terrace. Once our meals were delivered and after eating a little bit I realize that my dish needed more salt. I asked for it to a waiter and there was a completely acceptable misunderstanding between "Saltz" and "zahlen". Once this was solve I kept waiting for the salt. I saw how my dish was getting colder and colder and after few minutes I decided to go inside and ask for it again. At that point it was clear I was getting disappointed . The two waiters that have served me, were there exchanging few words and visible relaxed. I asked again for the salt to one of them and in out way out to the terrace I pointed him that it has taken very long time, and that he should be conscious that being in the terrace make dishes get cold faster. Then he start to discuss with me saying that it was my decision to stay in the terrace and that the food may not be so unsalted if I had already eat some. I was flipping out. After that we order to pay. I didn't finish my drink and I didn't touch anything else on my dish. We paid 27 euros for being mistreated and for discuss with an unprofessional waiter how should we behave as clients, (can you really image that a waiter blame you for staying in the terrace and also for eating some of your food before deciding if it is OK or not??) It is not the first time I am disappointed with this place. But I can hardly believe that the managers do care so few about the manners and education of their own stuff."

Their burgers are huge and big enough to full a man. but there a couple of problems, they don't have card payment terminal so they don't accept cards (prepare some cash and coins in advance) And the ventilation is not perfect so you can smell frying oil in the salon. By the way, the cook and waiters are friendly and able to speak English."

"Das Bavarium ist kein gehobenes Restaurant mit Hauben und Sternen und trotzdem (oder gerade deswegen) zu bevorzugen, wenn es um erstklassige und handwerklich ausgezeichnet zubereitete Gerichte geht.Es ist fast unfair irgendein Essen aus der Karte, oder dem täglich wechselnden Tagesgericht hervorzuheben, da einfach alles immer richtig, richtig ausgezeichnet schmeckt, aber die 100% selbstgemachten Burger, oder Steaks nach Verfügbarkeit (z.B. T-Bone aus Argentinien) sind einfach unschlagbar.Genauso unschlagbar ist hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einen Ausflug ins Fast Food Restaurant oder in ein teures Restaurant können sie sich buchstäblich sparen.Dazu gibt es übrigens Tegernseer Bier vom Fass und im Steinkrug. Also nichts wie hin ins Bavarium, ein Wirtshaus mit bürgerlichem Flair, ohne Schickimicki."

"I was working at DIT this week and was looking for someplace to eat lunch today when I was drawn in by the specials on the clapboard on the sidewalk. The clean, modern-looking restaurant was also inviting.Lemon Grass is a little bit more expensive than other neighboring restaurants (the daily specials were in the €8-10 range, but other restaurants had €6-8 lunch specials) but something similar would have easily set me back €10-12 or so in Munich, so I was fine with it. My portion of noodles with beef and chile (one of the two daily specials, along with teriyaki salmon) was enormous and perfectly seasoned. It really hit the spot.I also had a tasty Thai iced tea, which came with lots of fresh fruit in the glass and, thoughtfully, a spoon, so that I could snack on the tea-infused fruit. Other drink specials (watermelon spritzer, a rhubarb Hugo...) sounded delicious, too. Staff was friendly, fast, and on top of things.The next time I am back at DIT, I will be sure to grab lunch at Lemon Grass. If I lived in the area, I would definitely become a regular."

"my son and I have eaten sweet and sour and lovable in oysters, it was really excellent. the oyster was slightly sharp, exactly right. the sweet was fresh and exactly prepared. the evening on the market was a beautiful experience. thanks for the friendly and nice service. I had unfortunately forgotten my jacket in the resaurant, but the friendly kitchen chefs of the restaurant promised to send me the jacket immediately. really great! rudolf room"

"I recently went to Maximilians in Deggendorf with my family and was looking forward to a nice Sunday lunch with good food. The atmosphere was immediately inviting – the restaurant is stylishly decorated and we felt welcome from the start. The service was really excellent: the waitress was friendly, attentive and always there to make sure we didn't lack anything. I really can't complain about anything on this point. But unfortunately the Wiener Schnitzel – the “star” of my meal – did not live up to my expectations. I was looking forward to a tender, airy veal schnitzel that was perfectly souffled. Unfortunately, I was disappointed: the schnitzel had brownish black spots in places, indicating that it was probably over fried or not enough oil or butter was used. This meant that the schnitzel lacked its typical, slightly “bloated” breading and therefore lost some of its lightness and enjoyment. It was a real shame because I would have liked the quality of the schnitzel to have been able to keep up with that of the service and the ambience. Overall, it was still pleasant thanks to the great atmosphere and the wonderful staff but I simply expected more from the Wiener Schnitzel."
