"I've heard a lot about this restaurant. Unfortunately, my own experience could not confirm this. Brauhausschnitzel and on your own wish croquets. The very fade, barely spiced schnitzel tasted more like moulded meat from Union wholesale trade. The panade tacked like floor laminate, which is considered to be a typical indication that the scavengers have not been fresh but have been prepared a long time ago. The crowning were the croquettes: No bit chessy, both inside and outside just soaky. So what happens if they are not freshly prepared, but are quickly brought to the temperature in the microwave. Perhaps the chef had only a bad day (soll yes occur). In any case, there seems to be plenty of air in this kitchen. Two stars still exist, for friendly service, pleasant ambience and freshly prepared salads."
