"It took two hours fifteen minutes to have a meal of only two courses and this was with reminders that we were there. The staff were grossly overstreched . You need to learn to phase your bookings so it is a more pleasant experience for your customers and a less stressful experience for your staff"

"We've had fish and chips here many times and it's usually excellent however, this time it wasn't as good chips were hard with lots if black bits and the cod was a bit soggy, such a shame as its always been the best we have anywhere. We come to Dunwich a lot but in future we will either be going to The Ship or into Southwold. At £28 including 2 soft drinks it's a lot of money. Service: Take out"
