"this is one of the most magical places we visited. it is two or three kilometers from the beautiful village entraygue. it is on a hill overlooking a green valley, with the air filled with the sounds of the landscape. The...original stone structures and adjacent buildings were so sensitively restored. the photos on the website are a very true representation, how magical this place is. a few days the week serve them ingenious lunch or dinner. so much of the products including their beautiful wee, broth and leaves are produced on their farm. when they go into their indoor and outdoor dining room, they often see a sucking owl or guinea pig on the spits. their meal times are real firm of local products. make sure that they taste their spinat / calf frit. all in all, if you want to visit a French hidden gem, this is the place"
