"the place where the hotel is located is wonderful, but people who welcome them are terrible. I found much af arrogance, the host is absolutely not available and very rude. all the people who belong to the crew speak only French and deny them to understand English, even if they do. I expect employees to speak English in an internatiinal hotel! we came to ask (in English and Italian) until what time we could eat. the host said until we (from the rist etage des hotels) told the restaurant (ground floor) at the host, the kitchen is already closed. at the end, we praised to eat something, even if it's easy. we could eat the worst penne au mer who ever eaten! the fish smell bad and pasta missed salt. the day after we paid euro for a very poor and without ugly beatings. Don't go!"
