"Everything with the restaurant was fine. Food was good and then all went downhill from there. If you buy anything from the gift shop make sure you ask for a receipt. I bought an elephant stool and was asked if I needed a receipt and said no as I didn't think it necessary. However on the way out I noticed it was ripped and went straight back into the shop (no more than 2 minutes after buying it) and because I didn't have a receipt was told I couldn't have a refund, only an exchange but they didn't have another one. I ended up taking the ripped one which I am going to have to repair myself. Disgusting customer service"
