The staff is very knowledgeable, Livio and Silvia (the owner) know how to recommend excellent wines, (extraordinary labels from local and non-local producers) perfectly paired with the food chosen, but above all capable of satisfying personal taste. The food is of excellent quality, I dare say excellent, not only for the raw materials, but also for the cooking and seasoning, never heavy. I have eaten at Silvia's several times, and I have always been fully satisfied from the starter to the dessert, from the wine to the digestive, the raw ham, the cheeses, the first courses (homemade pasta) the meat produced locally from non-intensive farming, the poultry (turkey and chicken) fed on milk and honey also from a local company, the strictly homemade desserts, with the tiramisu which is practically a masterpiece, in short, it is truly a journey in search of good healthy food, performed with great skill while also respecting tradition."
