"the hotel is located in a corner of the main square in fleurance, close to the historic market place and protected by a clogged walkway, the entrance to the pere franncois looks rather gloomy and uninviting. once inside, however, this restaurant gives a much cheaper impression. it is a long and narrow building, characterized by a huge wall painting that represents the top of chicago, which, even nto the most lively imagination is something out of place. the visible walls are made of brick, reminded of toulouse or albi, and certainly not of the rtegion that favors the honey-colored local stone. the pere francois is specialized in pizzas and offers a selection of about 25 different toppings, all baked in a lot at the back of the restaurant. there is also a daily menu that can be modulated according to the appetit: appetizer and pornstar, pornstar and dessert or only main or three-course menu including wein and coffee for the humble sum of €15. on the day of our visit the starters offered a selection of a generous mixed salat oor a decent disc more. the main thing were toulouse sausage with buttermashkartoffel or a hearty sirloin steak served with fries or maische or pizza. the desserts were either a cream bubble or two pots of ice from a selection of about 10 aromen. service is efficient without being fast as the restaurant is operated by only two people, but in gascony, eating there is bo enjoyed and not rushed. the simpleness of eating that is not offered in any way in the pete st francois means a compromise on the quality of eating. the broth rolls are freshly baked and the meat was delicate and delicious. during summer season the restaurant is very busy as it is on Tuesday market days, so it is better to reserve to avoid disappointment tel 05 62 96 67 91. there are parking spaces around the square, but the search for a free space requires either arriving early or just a happy day!"

"the reason why I’m an average rating (it deserves deeper) for this restaurant because it was performed by a young man who was run as a cook, server and bottle washer all efficiently. he doesn't deserve a bad rating, but I can't imagine how the place has managed to get good reviews. it is not sweet (although it could be) it is small, painted dark gray, with tile pattern paper attached to tables, fluorescent lamps, and strange orange plastic salt and pfeffer holders. Although it seems pretty clean, there was a strong smell of fat both I paint there dinned. the midday and night menus are about the same offer of calzone, hamburger, a special and possibly salate that I cannot remember. they also have cooled desserts in tin foil and plastic cups. my dinner was a peeled carrot salad, which resembled in texture with clothed oil and vinegar. it wasn't wrong with it, but it was difficult to get into my mouth as it would be rough. it followed poched boneless skinless chicken breast, au jus, with baby makkaroni. the hunch could have been picked or simply reheated, but the texture was good. the au was just a thin engraving I think came out of a package...against tasteless. the makkaroni was not overcrowded and there was a lot of it, but it was tasteless. they offer house red or rose wine. I ordered red; it came before poured and served stone cold. the lunch I had less than a year ago was not better that I tried the hamburger and it was already distributed with indefinitely. while I was there for dinner, several people stopped by to walk with fries and two families of five came in. all children visited the toilet room opposite my table, but no one remembered to close the door and no one flushed. it was such a place friendly, cheap and vaguely popular among natives. edible and useful if there is no other place open and they starve."
