"Chef Gerald Colier made us an amazing meal at his restaurant, we had risotto, steak and a wonderful apple tart for dessert. But the next night, he came to our bed and breakfast to prepare evening meal with cooking demonstrations for our large group. This meal was wonderful from start to finish. Watching Chef Colier cook was a fun experience and his love and passion for excellent was transparent. We had a wonderful fish dish to start and then veal roast for the main course followed up with a decadent chocolate mousse. Amazing!"
