"The restaurant itself looks good, as do the set tables. It 's difficult to do anything about the rest of the ambience of the house, as this is part of the hall construction. We used to go there often under the old owner and even celebrated a wedding there. That stopped and unfortunately I 've known why for two years now. Always at carnival there (NCV, Schlippcher , the supply had to go through the restaurant because they have the monopoly on it... so there is no choice for the organizer. Me and a friend once had Pjeskavica (sry for the spelling and Jägerschnitzel. For the price of a whopping 17 euros 40 or so for the schnitzel and I think 16 for the other, we received an extremely bad side salad (can 't remember the last time I had such a bad one... , the schnitzel was finished and fried and the breading was full of fat...so it didn 't even taste that good. Pjeskavica was dry, the fries were also not home made and unspectacular. That wouldn 't be a problem otherwise but for the price I can get much better quality elsewhere. In Offenbach I get freshly grated fries and homemade schnitzel for 3/4 of the price. And that despite the generally increased prices. It 's just too much. If the quality were better just fine, as far as I 'm concerned. The service was overwhelmed (you could also see it in the many guests around, all of whom were complaining in some way and trying to order things. One even became almost physical because people started arguing with him.. In the middle of the event, we were cashed in with the statement we 're calling it a day dear restaurateur: That 's not possible! When an event is running and people are in the middle of watching the program, you can 't just call it a day. In any case, the official channels of the colleague who looked after us were quite amusing to watch. The number of km he ran that he could have saved himself... It was quite amusing. By the way, the food was still heavy on the stomach at home and the day after. I don 't know how the positive reviews came about here it may be that the crew is otherwise better, but the last three times I was there for events... it was a grade 5 . But I think feedback like this is important, not to put the operator down, but to put the glosses aside and reveal an image that many people seem to have. At the events, guests often commented on the poor quality, the substandard service and the high prices many also ate at home if they could! I 've heard that from many people who probably don 't report and rate here on Google. So I hope you take something away from it. If the store is otherwise running, which is what I hope for you, then I 'll be a bit surprised, but I 'll treat you to it. But when it comes to event support, more definitely needs to be delivered! I would send the chef to further training/coaching but maybe you could talk to Ivica at NTG in Niederrad. He offers something similar and also does catering for events... with better calculations, good service and better quality of food. If you asked him for help, he definitely wouldn 't say no. There 's no shame in getting help, but it 's necessary. I can make the schnitzel and salad better at home and the green sauce last time tasted like Schwalbchen and, as I said, mediocre pjeskavica! This is a report for three events I attended this year and last year. I hope that things will get better and that you can come over for dinner again, in the hope that things will improve. Best regards B. Weindl"

Fazit: Gern bald wieder!"
