Excellent also the selection of cheeses with sauces in combination very well; in particular we had served cutting, aged pecorino, truffle pecorino, pecorino in chestnut leaves with figs jam, pumpkin jam and ginger, composed of plums, figs and another ingredient that I do not remember, honey. Well, then, the tunaed calf... the serious tuna sauce when it's well done feels! First, broth ravioli. If I think about it, I still get the water in my mouth; I just can’t figure out how Hostaria Emilia can be so low on the Trip Advisor ranking of Ceranesi’s premises. But then also the desserts... We had chosen two different ones to taste them both, the soft cake with raisins (in combination with a delicious pastry cream and tiramisu. In addition to all this, a very good bottle of wine in two (invitable to drop the choice on Dolcetto that, you know, is perfect for boiled, bread and water; finally, the digestive never taking us coffee in the evening.
