"LouLou seems to be taking a back seat now and the cuisine is more reliable - the restaurant remains very popular still and it's always wise to make a reservation especially for Sunday lunch. If you're lucky, local venison will be on the 3-choice menu. The two young waiters work their socks off and there are no over-long waits. There garbure is pretty authentic and if you haven't had that before here's a good opportunity. As other reviewers emphasise, the portions are enormous and the style is hearty rather than fine dining, so well worth coming with an appetite to match. This time we cycled up to the Col to feel able to justify it !!"
