"Randomly booked a Saturday night of November, at the last minute. Full room, friendly welcome. After about ten minutes, the waiter comes to our table to apologize for the delay! We thank you for warning us, and we assure you that it is not a problem for us. Shortly afterwards, our pizzas are very good. At the time of payment of the account, the owner makes us a 20% discount on his own initiative to apologize for the delay; thank you but I note that the delay has been negligible and that for us the whole account is fine. Nothing to do, they give us the rest considering the discount. We were really amazed at this gesture of great courtesy and it seems right to report it."
