"I so want to like this place as it’s next door to the camp and they serve Birra tti, but their customer service is poor. We visited last night, my wife ordered a Sauvignon Blanc, she took one sip and said it was awful, passed...to me for a sip, I agreed. Told the girl it was terrible, no apology made, took an order off my wife for vodka, lime a soda. The wine sat there for the next two orders and was then removed from the table by the girl, she didn’t ask if we’d finished with it or offer to replace it. I like the effort they’ve made for outside seating, I just feel a friendlier customer service experience would make a positive difference, we wandered up to Branford’s shortly after which was brilliant, heated outside seating area, large sports screen snd fantastic cocktails, great customer service!"
