"Apparently there has been a change of ownership, the restaurant is now called LE MAT'K. Pleasant atmosphere and warm decor. The servers are smiling and attentive to us. The slow-cooked suckling pig was excellent and the Bonifacienne-style veal was also very good. On the other hand, we waited a very long time for my husband's dessert and we were surprised to see the waitress arrive with 2 chestnut fondants, the 2nd dessert being offered to us by the chef for this wait. Very very good dessert. Thank you so much. We will come back."

"back in this restaurant that is the institution on porticcio, do not leave without coming to the Ambata. On the menu, Corsican charcuterie plate, crust lamb square, 8 ribs !!!! per person, oven apples and vegetable flan, cooking and quality of the perfect meat. "Very good restaurant, I ate 7 times in fifteen days. Only one little disappointment with a truffle oil story. But otherwise everything is good burger, daily dishes ect the map is a expensive hair but we pay the beautiful view and service."

"amazing frame, great service, the map was varied and great for all the dishes we took (we were 5 and tapas/plats), the server was really adorable and very professional. We liked and we recommend 1000.% small tips, do not take an example on your colleagues on the white beach. You have absolutely nothing to envy them, they have everything to learn with you! even the manager and a totally different way to respect and serve their clients. You're on the team!"

"Before taking the boat for the **** islands, we discovered this restaurant by the water. Excellent cuisine: very garnished salads, delicious tataki tuna. "I strongly advise you that I am hesitant to know if we are going to the right address to eat and well I tell you to go without asking you questions refined cuisine menu of exceptional service adaptable if a real need for example I am allergic to onion and well it makes my dish without onions. Great advice for fresh seafood wine super dessert. We went there 2 nights in a row to see 31 August and 1 September 2016 and we will return the eyes closed good appetite you will not be disappointed"
