"very good reception. nice but gratin frame of scallops disappointing with the little scallops lost in the sauce. good quality orloff pork fillet but flat served warm, accompanied by very fatty fries, warm also. dishes in general are of good quality but small things to rectify that are of their importance. Smoked salmon raw not marinated but well presented, requires a little more than a few drops of decorative sauce."
